Their very friendly, the carpet comes out really nice and doesn't take long to dry. They're also more than happy to go around any furniture you prefer.

This company is hired to clean my apartment unit after I left. My girlfriend took off two days to make sure the apartment was cleaned (the only thing she didn’t clean were the fridge and oven). This company came in and told the apartment agency that everything in the whole apartment was dirty so then I get charged with 8.5 hours worth of cleaning and $212.50! There was MAYBE a single hour for each the fridge and oven, which would make 2 hours overall. My apartment report literally says that EVERYTHING was dirty which is a LIE! I will never ever recommend this cleaning company and/or my old apartment complex MAPLE GROVE APARTMENTS.

I'm legally not allowed to say much here because things are pending. But let me say RUN. Get away from these people. They are theives, they break and enter into units they have no business to enter, they break contracts, they ignore rules and laws. This is just a disgusting company. They admitted to several people they made a mistake and their employees went into a unit they were not authorized to enter. When confronted they said it was a "mistake". Unless you are hiring incompetent people there should be no "mistake" of reading a number on a piece of paper. Since they admitted their mistake on a phone call in which was recorded and they claim in writing that they will pay resititution that is what i am holding them to doing. Why would they offer to pay resitution if they didnt do anything wrong. The even broke the state law by discarding medical supplies. Which lawfully has to be kept for a certain amount of time before it can be dispised of. They are repeatedly fined in court for being delinquent on taxes. This place just needs to be shut down. Period.

Prompt service, they actually got there 15 min early and then since they didn’t want to be rude they waited until a few minutes before the appointment time to come to my door. They were quick, carpets look great and the staff was very friendly and professional.

They broke a light fixture without saying anything. Just left it in a box for me to find in my garage. They unhooked my smoke detector and left it dangling, and last but not least, left lights ON after they left when they knew the house was vacant. An absolute shame and waste of money.

This company went ABOVE & BEYOND what I was expecting them to do!!!....WOW!!!! A pipe burst in my ceiling & flooded my WHOLE HOUSE WITHIN MINUTES & after I saw everything Sandra & her crew did, I was ASTONISHED!!! You guys alleviated SO MUCH STRESS, I honestly can’t thank you enough!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & will NEVER FORGET THIS COMPANY & will use them if & whenever needed in the future (hopefully just for cleaning services & not an emergency situation again)!!! T.C has always been great anytime I've needed them they come out on same day. Regardless if it's carpets, paint or carpentry they are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Never thought I'd get my carpet cleaned but wow! The service is outstanding, I believe Geo was the tech and he was super informative and made sure I was happy with how the carpet looked. Office ladies were friendly and got all the details I asked for. Responsive and flexible, they're my go-to now!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY STOLE FROM ME! I purchased a house and the previous owner scheduled a cleaning with them on the day after I moved in. I went to work and they were given instructions on how to enter the house and which areas to clean. To my surprise when coming from work all of the few belongings I had with me had been gone through and piled in a corner of the house not after they had stolen jewelry, clothes, shoes, gaming console, electronics, colognes and several more items. When reached out to them by the customers and police they did not try to do anything about it nor even question their employees and they just denied this. I am glad to see that this is catching up to them as I see another customer also had theft problems with them and I hope they have some legal actions brought against them and they end up shutting down for their dishonesty. I am glad the bulk of my stuff was not scheduled to be delivered till a week after because I can't imagine what this company would have stolen if that was not the case. Please consider before hiring this company and hire at your own risk!

Office staff are responsive and great at communicating and accommodating our property's needs. The cleaning crew has done phenomenal work at getting our rental units cleaned in time for new renters. The team works fast and is always friendly.

I have been using their services since 2005, they definitely take care of their customers. We were in a pinch and needed cleaning done on the same day we contacted them, and they fit us in their schedule. The quality of customer service is 5 STARS, their quality of work is 5 STARS as well.

f I could give them a negative star, I would. This was a nightmare experience from the beginning. Spoke with Tomas to start with (father/owner) of company. Gave me one price, then called and called to get my carpet installed. Finally got a call back from one of his daughters and told me he was giving prices from years ago. She came out with her other sister to measure and I still went with the more expensive price. Day of Installation- was supposed to be in the morning, did not come until after 2pm with NO CALL. Then was told they would be done by 5pm, however did not leave until 8pm. (I had to reschedule plans) I had my vacuum in my office, they did not ask to use, just took it. Clogged up my vacuum and did not even empty. Left old carpet and had to call to have them come and get it. The seaming was terrible and so visible (Picture Attached). Called and they came back but did nothing. Said they would have to take up and stretch. Left message after message- No Response. I am so unhappy and the carpet is starting to pull up in the seamed area. I wish I would not have paid them on the completion of the installation. Maybe then I would have gotten response. They have NO IDEA on how to lay carpet. Will have to have the entire thing redone. What a HACK JOB!

Mom accidentally spilled some bleach on her new and expensive carpet and the guys (specifically Rowan) at TC Carpet Care did an awesome job replacing the spot of the accident. Barely noticeable to the naked eye and a pretty seamless coverup make mom one happy camper. All done in less than one hour too. Friendly service and high-quality work that would’ve been a time-consuming headache to tackle alone. Thanks guys!

Drivers of the plow vehicle played obnoxious music at high volumes the entire time they were present, and on video have plowed in such a way as to damage a drainage system and several peoples bikes.

This is the company that was plastered across the entire vehicle in decals. Great representation!
