We have worked with J&P cleaning for 6 years and are so glad we found them! Wonderful people, great work, easy to schedule/reschedule when needed. Very happy to have them in our home every two weeks! Elsa and her whole family are lovely to work with.

I hired this cleaning service for a full house cleaning, but unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations.

They left dirty streaks in the bathroom, which was very disappointing.
Even worse, I discovered damage to the surface of my refrigerator!!
It looks like they used harsh cleaning products, and now there are deep scratches that were not there before.

When I pointed this out, Elsa did not apologize and was rude in her response, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this company.

Really happy with the work that Garret and the team did. Work was completed under time, but no corners were cut. Was super impressed with their cleanup as well - NO nails or screws were left in the yard. Some of my friends have kids, and I have my own magnet roller, clearly so did the crew!

TotalGuard came through when I needed help before a party. They squeezed me in, mowed, edged, and even cleaned up the walkway. Guests noticed — and asked who I hired!

They handled a full mulch job plus weeding—looked so good I had to walk my neighbor through it. She hired them the next day.

They mulched my front and side flower beds making it look very flourish. I really enjoyed talking with Vance about his high school athletics and he was a very sweet kid! I would highly recommend them

Got in touch with Vance for lawn mowing via nextdoor. After the initial text I sent to him, we managed to get down to details (what my husband and I wanted done, cost, and how often) fairly fast. We set up the first lawn mowing to be the next day. We agreed time of day didn't matter - just whatever worked for his schedule that day - and he would message us when he was done. We specified that there were was a specific patch of wildflowers my husband would like to remain untouched. The first lawn mowing done, he sent us a picture of the wildflowers to make sure that was the area we were talking about. He then gave us a run-down of what he did including clean-up, weed whacking, etc. We thanked him, paid him, and told him we would keep in touch for the next lawn mow time. Since I was at work that day, I didn't think anything of the lawn; just that it was taken care of. It wasnt until I got home that I saw how great everything had looked. The lines were nice and straight and everything cleaned up. I dont remember the last time our lawn looked so nice.

Customer service is important and Vance went above and beyond and all through text. I'm much better at explaining my thoughts thru text and I was glad he seemed to prefer the same. Very professional and friendly. Quick to update me. I had forgotten he mentioned he was still in highschool - I thought he was college. He is pretty responsible for a highschool kid.

When the owner Vance and I met, his quote for mowing, weeding flowerbeds, and removing rogue tree-weeds was more reasonable than I expected.
I wish I had before and after pictures... but they would never convey the skills and confidence of this small business owner.
