Great cleaning service! Very responsive!

We've had a great experience working with Coverall of Madison. The team is friendly, easy to work with, and does a great job keeping our facility clean. They show up when they're supposed to, pay attention to the little details, and are always quick to respond if we need anything.
It's nice having a cleaning company we can count on without having to constantly follow up or worry about things getting missed. I would definitely recommend Coverall of Madison to anyone looking for reliable and professional cleaning services.

16 year customers. I called to complain about the poor job they were doing and they cancelled our contract, without bothering to let us know. Have not returned our keys after almost a month. Have not refunded what we had prepaid for services.

As a Franchise owner, the management staff are very proactive to make sure I am equipped well in terms of training and supplies so customers will get the best service. The staff members are very welcoming and very professional. They supported me in all dimensions to see my business grow where it is now comparing 12 years ago.

Absolutely horrible. They clean our office. We have submitted requests for a better cleaning job with no response. These photos are taken from the SAME DAY they cleaned. For effect you can see I cleaned one side of the sink. The Clorox rag was from our office counter that should have been cleaned but never is. Do NOT waste your money!!! I could go on for days on how horrible the customer service and cleaning with this company is

100% disappointed! They solicited us for their business, met with them multiple times. Made the decision to get rid of our old cleaning service to use theirs. Set up days and times with the sales person and signed a contract. They showed up one time and haven’t been back since!! Coverall has breached their contract, avoided our phone calls and have blatantly lied!! Coverall preached to us that there were no smoke and mirrors with them… and in the end that’s all they were. Definitely don’t recommend!!!
