Left the balcony open and the unit was invested with bugs. When I reached out to them I was told they would clean up the bugs but don’t kill them which makes no sense because you can’t clean them if they’re alive. Then instead of being apologetic she proceeded to say that the invoice is past due. If I could give 0 stars for professionalism I absolutely would. Horrible experience.

Unprofessional, unrealible. I had contacted Green Cleaners in January about cleaning a summer rental property during the summer months near Poynette. I was given a quote and and the location and dates needed were clearly spelled out and all parties agreed. 2 weeks prior to the start of services I confirmed the dates and location. On the day of the clean after they had not shown up, I called asking where they were I. A very professional manner, I was told “ we don’t clean in Poynette” when I started asking why, I was promptly hung up on and further calls to Samatha (the owner) were not answered or returned. I would caution anyone looking to use them.

What a complete nightmare! Samantha Rayas, the owner, assured us that they used green/PH neutral cleaners and they were very experienced in cleaning natural stone. To make a VERY long story short they used very harsh chemicals and ruined our honed travertine tile as well as stripped the finish off our stove. They sprayed a lot of cleaner, but did almost no actual cleaning. If that were not bad enough, they also stole medications. When we called the Sheriff to report the theft, we also contacted Samantha. She did not return phone calls for days. Samantha had provided us proof of insurance and submitted a claim. Ended up she did not have the right kind of insurance and none of the damage was covered. She said she would work with us to take care of it until she found out the cost and now is saying she can't afford to make things right.

The cleaners themselves I would rate a 5. Each time the crew did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. The scheduling on the other hand is a disaster. We requested a specific time because I'm not giving out my garage door code or letting someone have a key to my house. Three times in a row they were scheduled for the wrong time. Calling the office results in an answering service with a full mailbox, so you get nowhere. No more. Time to find another company.

Communication was a bit difficult at first. Samantha was hard to reach via email but texting was better with her. I had to reschedule a couple times and she was very accommodating so that was great. When the cleaners were done, I was disappointed and I had them come back. I was still disappointed as they didn't do a very thorough job - there were still dirty spots on the windows.

I have used Green Cleaners LLC/Samantha for years at my personal residence and they do my new construction home cleanings. I have not had issues. If you communicate well regarding what you want/need or any special needs related to the myriad of construction materials that all require different care, the results can be quite good. In addition, she has always been willing to come back and touch up anything needed and many of my clients now use here as their regular cleaning service. Thank You
