I was disappointed with my experience with this company. The service was overall fine, but when I followed up with one clarifying question and a small complaint, they responded with a barrage of defensive and argumentative emails. These emails continued even after I replied that I did not wish to engage in future arguments and would not be responding, I would not recommend them or work with them again in the future.

New Concept Meticulous Cleaning is my go to for interior and exterior window cleaning. After researching many other companies, I found their prices to be reasonable and the workmanship excellent! Thank you always for a job well done!

They do great work. All the windows shine and they also clean the ledges around them. And the flat roof skylights!

Hate to leave a negative review for these folks but overall a tough experiences here.
They have cleaned my house a handful of times. No major issues with the job done. Friendly interactions.
My trouble is that they are very difficult to get ahold of. No online booking. I’ve called maybe 10 times over the past couple years and not once has someone actually answered the phone. It has been voicemails and phone tag every time which I find so frustrating.
Thought I’d try one more time this week but alas no answer and no return call or email.
In a competitive business targeting busy people, there must be a better option.

My cleaning teams for my home and my work place are thorough, efficient, and very pleasant. They are very nice about my dogs wandering in the way at my house. I highly recommend this fabulous, local business.

We've used other cleaning services over the years but none have been as consistently good. Our cleaning crew shows up on time, finishes on time, and leaves behind a clean, enjoyable home. We highly recommend them.

I worked with Mother Earth Cleaners for six weeks. During that time, I was assessed and told cleaning would be one price, the first cleaning was the correct price, and then they changed the rate without notifying me. When I notified the company, I was not refunded the difference. When I followed up with the company to cancel my service based on their poor communication and service, Tekla, their "chief happiness officer", sent me an incredibly petty email with screenshots of an email I hadn't opened where they explained I wouldn't be getting a refund apparently. Guess it was my fault for assuming. To top it off, it was more than double the price of other cleaning services we'd worked with. Two stars because the quality of the cleaning was actually great. The folks who actually came into my house were wonderful, and Jolene who I worked with originally on the billing error was great too. Honestly, had it not been for repeated poor communication with Tekla (which she commonly blamed on her dogs weirdly enough) and her incredibly petty response and poor handling of a simple billing error I would still be working with them.

I have been a monthly customer with Mother Earth Cleaners for about four years. Iris, Yolanda, Olivia and Claudia were here yesterday, and had my house spotless in no time! Thanks again for working around my dogs and helping me keep up with their hair!

Finally a cleaning company that vacuums under couches and beds, washes dirty windows as a standard service (hello dog nose and toddler hand prints), AND leaves the house not smelling like perfumed cleaning product!! I’m always happy with the work to do, the staff is friendly, and office staff is responsive and considerate. Highly recommend.

Mother Earth Cleaners, Team 2, came to clean my home to help prepare for showings. They were thorough, competent, and friendly. Our appliances are especially beautiful now, and the wood floors are glowing. We keep our place pretty clean, but it's so wonderful to have someone really deep clean our place. My husband especially loves that they use environmentally friendly products.
