We’re very satisfied with Chem-Dry. The cleaning technician was on-time, courteous, and professional!

Tyler is a sweetheart and he worked very hard to remove every single stain on the couch and rocker chair! He did an amazing job! I will always use Chem Dry!

Chem Dry was fabulous! Quick, neat, very affordable and what a difference! Don't let the "Chem" deter you - it's just their franchise's name. They are very GREEN and, in fact, chemical-free. We could walk on the carpets (without shoes) right away and all dry in a few hours. They even did some upholstered chairs. We should have done this long ago and will now do it annually!

Just had them clean the carpets at my house. The tech arrived right on time, was kind and worked quickly. The company was able to schedule me quickly too, which was great. He forgot to vacuum after the clean though, so there was still dust and hair along the walls and on occasional spots on the floor. Carpets look fine after I vacuumed them myself. Customer service was great. Quality of clean was okay

We are 1st time clientele, and are very satisfied Easy to arrange an appointment. Young man set up time to come and was very efficient in the cleaning done for us: capeting in living room and # of chairs and pillows. Great service. Marty Harrison

Tyler called ahead to give me his estimated arrival time. He showed up exactly as indicated. Not only that, he also carried in a heavy package from Amazon that was on our porch. Nice!!

We discussed all the areas to be cleaned as well as some problem areas. He then provided the estimate and got to work.

He was very efficient, put in a lot of effort and stayed pleasant throughout.

The product itself seemed to work very well and BONUS: it dries quickly!!

Josh on phone was great to communicate with in set up and discussing after-thought cost for sofa. Brooks the cleaner was friendly, listened to our carpet and sofa concerns, got right to task, got rid of stains....what more can I say? Chem dry seems the safest both for the environment, our home, and the carpet. Always as in the past, and now, 5 * plus.

We had our carpets cleaned in December 2024. It was easy to schedule, service technician was on time, but done in less than an hour, and stains remained. When I called to express my concerns, Josh took great care of us. He was super responsive, apologetic, and sent his partner out at our convenience to redo the carpets. The carpets turned out great! We will use them again in the future because of their excellent customer service. He also gave us a partial refund for our troubles. Now that's customer service!! Thanks, Josh!

Was very pleased with the service. They called prior to arrival. I’d just had some painting done and asked them to be careful and they were, no marks. Did an excellent job on my downstairs carpet where my cats sleep. It looks new.

This company was fantastic! They were so communicative and speedy to reply when I booked the service. On the day of the cleaning, they showed up right when they said they would, and worked very efficiently. The floors look fantastic!!!! I hadn’t done a professional cleaning in a few years, but you could never tell based on how good the carpet looks now. Best of all, the service cost me half of what it did with the company I used last time! And their results are WAY better. I will be booking a yearly service with Chem-Dry from now on. If looking for a carpet cleaning service, they are hands down who you should book.

Service was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were great with communication and kept me up to date on my appointment every step of the way. They were honest about the fabric on my couches and said they would be back if there were any problems or if I was not satisfied. Well done Chem Dry!

The technician was a bit early (which was appreciated!). He did a nice job, even on some areas that were stained. My carpets are definitely brighter! Price was reasonable for the 3 rooms they did.

Wow! I was super impressed with Chem Dry and their team. Ultimately I went with them due to their focus on removing pet stains, as we had an old dog that had many accidents. From the start, there was clear communication and reminders leading up to the service. On the day, Brooks and his team were on time and personable. They went through the house with me and found all the pet stains. The carpets look almost new. I would definitely use them again!

Tyler was on time and so patient with my sassy mini golden doodle. My rug looks fabulous and the time he was here he was thorough and quick! Definitely worth time and money!
