I had a wonderful experience with Steam Plus Carpet and Floors! Alex was very responsive when scheduling the appointment, arrived on time and was very respectful of my home during the cleaning. We had just moved so our couches got dirty from the movers and had a stain. After the cleaning the couches look great and Alex was able to remove the stain as well!

Alex did an amazing job. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. He even fit us in last minute when we had a large event unexpectedly moved to our home.

We have two white couches, with a house full of boys and a dog. (Why? I don’t know. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Pinterest made me do it.) The couches were so filthy I was sure we’d have to replace them both this summer. But I called to have them cleaned in hopes it would be a little bit better for the event.

After Alex finished with them, the couches look new. Not just better. New. Our sons came home from school and asked me why I bought the exact same couches again. They couldn’t believe they was the same couches. I can’t recommend SteamPlus highly enough!

Well established company. Easy to work with and schedule. The technicians are polite, careful and capable. We have had Steam Plus out to clean carpets and/or upholstry at least five time over more than 10 years.

Alex and Alex provided a deep clean to our wood floors and did a fantastic job. We just moved into a new house and the floors were in good shape, just dirty from normal everyday use. Alex was able to schedule our cleaning shortly after coming over for the estimate which was helpful to keep our move-in schedule on track. They were quick and efficient with the cleaning and the floors looked absolutely wonderful when they were done. Alex provided helpful information on everyday care of our floors and products to use to maintain their life. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future. We had Steam Plus over to clean our carpets and they did a fabulous job in our office. They were able to remove some stains that no other professional cleaner was able to get out! We are so pleased with their service and will be using them again in the future in our building.

TLDR; our carpets look great but I had a frustrating employee interaction.

Steamplus had a cancellation and Michael called to let me know he would be able to come to my house early, but I had picked the appointment time of 3:30 specifically because of my husband and I’s work hours and I told him we would not be able to accommodate a change.

Then I got a call from Alex telling me that it was killing them to not have a job to do for the next 3 hours, and I had to explain again that there was no way we could do earlier than 3:30.

Then when Michael did arrive, he was asking me about an introductory call which I never got, so I think a step was missed.

I left the stars high because regardless of those issues, Michael did a great job with our carpets and I’m very thankful of the care he took.

Couldn’t be happier! I’ve had good experiences with carpet cleaners and not so good but Alex at Steam Plus Carpet Cleaning is the absolute best. He really knows what he is doing, very professional and my carpet and chair have never looked cleaner;-)

My wife and I have had Alex and the Steam Plus team clean carpets in three different homes over the years. They always arrive on time and they are always polite and professional. Alex explains what he is going to do before starting and he actually will test the carpeting to make sure he knows what material he's working with before he decides on a product or technique for cleaning. His team all wear "booties" while working and they use corner guards and other techniques to make sure they don't cause any damage. Finally, they clean up after themselves and they always leave a little something as a gift. Either some spot remover, deodorizer, or something that helps out around the house. We will use them again, I'm sure.

Had an incident where throw up ended up on carpet floor. Called and scheduled an appointment day of. Alex communicated with me very efficiently and stopped by within a few hours. They did a great job thoroughly cleaning the carpet, removing all odors and stains. Would recommend to anyone that needs carpet cleaning.

Alex has been our exclusive carpet cleaner for years because of his excellent service, responsiveness and reliability. He makes it easy to schedule and we appreciate his willingness to work us into his schedule when our dog has been sick. Steam Plus was fabulous, we are getting ready to sell our townhome and they cleaned the carpets beautifully! One of the stains came back, they returned the following day and took care of it for no charge. I would highly recommend Alex and his team!

Had Michael out to clean our carpets. We have three dogs so lots of stains. He did a fabulous job and was very efficient and thorough. Clearly took great pride in his work too. Would definitely hire this company again. Also, a very fair price for the work!

Alex was amazing!! He was incredibly prompt and professional. He educated me, which I appreciated and the work he did was efficient and best of all, it worked! We had several pet accidents on our very light grey/almost white carpet and every spot he cleaned, you can’t even tell anything was there! He was also extremely fast. Most carpet cleaners I’ve hired it takes hours and hours to clean and Alex was done with two bedrooms and one hallway in less than an hour. I will absolutely hire him again, thank you!

The scheduler was very communicative and flexible and the tech handled some difficult logistics very well and was friendly in spite of the challenges. The carpet is squeaky clean and smells great!

I have had Alex clean carpets in my house twice. Both times it was so easy to setup and the communication was instant and thorough.

The service itself was so easy for me as well. Alex walked me through the process and exactly what he was going to do including treating areas where pets had accidents. After the treatment the carpet looks almost like new.

Cannot recommend this service enough!
