Alex was polite, professional and informative. He protected the floors leading to the workspace and placed corner protectors too. He tested the carpet fibers to ensure using the correct formula. I’ve never had a carpet service even mention different carpet types, let alone clean specifically for mine. The carpets look and smell great and we will certainly use his services again. Please give Alex a call for your flooring and upholstery needs.

Called on Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment for the day after. Service was quick, easy, and friendly. Scheduled and paid for a sectional cleaning but the guy was able to clean a few spots left over at my place from a previous owner for no charge. Great experience, would recommend and use again.

The whole process, from making the appointment through the cleaning, was very professional and of the highest quality. Appreciated the timely reminders of the appointment prior and the prompt arrival on the day of. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, very considerate and explained what he was doing and why at each step. The carpet is cleaned thoroughly and looks great.

I have been serviced by Alex and now Michael for years! They always make me feel better about the way I keep house while gently helping me have a better home. Our annual deep cleaning is a facing of the music for me and the fresh start we all need. No way would I ever go with anyone but them!

Alex did a wonderful job cleaning our home. We had four rooms, two area rugs, an ottoman, and a stairway cleaned, and we couldn't be happier. He took great care to make sure he understood what we expected and he worked efficiently and with professionalism. Also, communication was great! Highly recommend.
