Had a great experience with Jaison. He was very clear, patient, and courteous. I feel like I learned a lot about my dryer, too.

We have used Dryer Doctors twice now for dryer vent cleaning and have been very pleased with each visit. They were prompt on arrival and thorough in their work. They are also informative and educate the home owner on routine maintenance. The dryer is working more efficiently now, not to mention the peace of mind of having the line and dryer cleaned.

Jeff and Jason were great! My dryer wasn't working properly. I bought my appliances from SEARS years ago and specifically had to buy a kit to vent from the side. Jeff discovered that the original set up was not done properly..In fact they never used the kit I bought and made one of their own. Jeff and Jason cleaned out all my vents and reconnected my dryer correctly. They spent the time needed, explaining each step and provided me with pictures to show me what they were talking about..I definitely recommend them

We had a year old dryer that wasn’t performing as expected. Jeff was knowledgeable and explained how the dryer vent and duct systems impact dryer efficiency. He diagnosed the problems and got our dryer running efficiently. He made changes to the transition vent that had been improperly installed on our new dryer a year ago and explained how our atypical duct system was designed in our condo building and the appropriate way to clean out the ducts. He educated us! He and his co worker were neat, thorough and courteous. They were able to get the job done well despite being cramped in our very small furnace room. Highly positive experience!

Jeff and Andy were wonderful - Highly recommend! They cleaned my dryer and ducts, and also cleared the blockage that was on my roof exterior vent. They took a lot of time to explain what exactly they were doing and why, which I really appreciated. And they were just really nice people! I would definitely hire them again.

Jeff and Jaison were fantastic! They came out to do a clean of out outside vents and I got the inside unit cleaned as well best money I have ever spent. They not only educated me and showed me the build up but showed me how to maintain it better going forward. I had two appliance repair people come out for my dryer and it never fixed the issue with it drying. Thanks to dryer doctors it's almost like I have a brand new dryer. I can not recommend them enough.

Jeff and Andy were fantastic! Super-professional, polite and friendly (Jeff even cracked jokes with my teenager AND got her to laugh). They handled both dryers in our two-flat, replaced some sub-optimal parts after thoroughly explaining the issues they could cause, and gave us some tips and tricks for ongoing dryer use and care. Dryer Doctors and Jaison were great. Incredibly thorough. Doctor is the right word to describe the service but Jaison spent more time explaining our dryer’s condition than most medical professionals spend with their patients :)!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service Jeff provided! We had just moved into a new and otherwise well maintained home, but suspected our dryer vents were unclean because of compromised air flow. What was found when Jeff opened the dryer was frightening to me: coiled plastic hoses, leaky fittings, lots of charred buildup on our heating element, and lint everywhere. I would recommend this service to anybody every 2 -3 years, and especially immediately after you move into a new home. Our dryer works like new and I feel much safer!

Jeff and Andy not only did a great job, but Jeff was was very helpful in giving tips for general maintenance and explaining the functioning of my dryer very clearly. They also installed a new vent cover that is significantly higher in quality to my existing one that had a broken louver after a few years of use. Highly recommend their services.
