I hired Avella’s for a move-out clean and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. The crew was made up of three extremely hard-working people, and they went over every possible nook and cranny of the apartment. The apartment had never looked better. I highly recommend Avella’s cleaning for move-out cleans-their attention to detail and diligence is remarkable!

Nice job! Cleaners came when they said they would, we're very friendly too. They accidentally broke a piece of decorative glassware but we're apologetic about it and paid to replace it immediately. I would recommend and use this service again!

We hired Avellas Cleaning for a whole house cleaning. They showed up early on their scheduled day, they did a very good job of vacuuming dust on walls, windows, ceilings, etc. We were impressed with their deep cleaning of kitchen cabinets, including the top of the cabinets. Extremely happy with the bathroom fixtures, actually amazed at what they achieved with a particularly problem stain on the tub/shower surround. All rooms were dusted and vacuumed to our satisfaction. We would recommend them for just about any interior home cleaning job, including a move out or move in cleaning need. The price was a good value and they were done in just a few hours.

The crew did an excellent job of getting my property in great shape for an open house. They went above expectations and I will certainly look to them in the future.

This was my first time having my home professionally cleaned and it was worth it. Avella’s staff of 3 arrived early, were friendly, and were very thorough in their cleaning. My only comment (and this is not a complaint!) is that they moved furniture in order to vacuum (which is great!) however they didn’t move some furniture pieces back to where they were – which was tough for me to move at my age. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

Moved into a new apartment. The place just was not clean at all and I had zero motivation to do it myself as I work nights. Came across Avellas Cleaning online and they were able to book me in for a cleaning the very next day. They were fast, efficient, thorough and safe. I walked in and my apartment had a great clean, I can finally breathe in type feeling. Had a wonderful experience and looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future. We hired Avellas to do a deep clean last July, and they did such a great job that we now have them clean every two weeks. They continue to do high quality work and I greatly appreciate having a clean home. Good communication. Reliable. Highly reccomend.

Avellas cleaning was very responsive and quick to book a move out cleaning on relatively short notice. Everyone from booking to cleaning was very friendly. Their move out service is awesome! They got the house very clean (my landlords even commented on how good it looked). And it’s nice they have the option to add on inside fridge and oven cleaning. Overall awesome service at a good price.

Avella did a great job cleaning my place. They are punctual and professional. They moved the furniture and did the cleaning, they cleaned all the nook and cranny, including vents, baseboards and photo frames on the wall. They climbed up ladders to clean cob webs high up on the ceiling. The stove and microwave look brand new! And the bathtub is so shiny! I definitely recommend this company and I can’t wait to have their service again for routine cleaning!

The Avellas team always goes above and beyond. They are incredibly thorough, but still move quickly as they work. We have a large ranch house and they tackled every surface and corner, including a couple last minute adds we requested. They are very professional and easy to work with, and I love their online booking and invoicing systems. I recommended them to a friend when she moved and she's happily had them coming for a recurring cleaning for years since. I'm more than happy to continue to recommend them!

Avellas cleaning did a great deep clean on my house. They were the easiest to get a quote from as well. I called at least 5 other company’s and only got one other price range. The price I was quoted is exactly what I paid with Avellas too! They are soooo easy to communicate with. Super friendly and cleaned SO WELL.I was able to be scheduled less than a week from when I inquired. They sent a whole team to do my house so it didn’t take all day. I think it was 4 or 5 people! I really appreciated that. I have very high expectations and was actually impressed with how they did. I look forward to having them do regular cleans too.

I scheduled a Deep Cleaning/Move-In service with Avellas after my wife and I purchased a home, as we wanted to make sure it was spotless prior to bringing our belongings in.

This company had great reviews and transparent pricing. They had a flexible cancellation policy, and were also great at communicating as they sent reminders via text and email about the scheduled service on the evening before as well as the day of.

Unfortunately, not much else was as exceptional. I was not impressed by the work of the team that was dispatched. They were ill-equipped (e.g. showed up without shoe covers, which did not make sense as one of the paid tasks was to vacuum the carpets and mop the floors), mistakenly left behind cleaning products, and it seemed as if they completely missed cleaning some areas altogether. So much so that I felt the need to call the office and ask to be partially refunded due to dissatisfaction. They offered to send the team back to my residence. They returned the same day and revisited the areas I indicated, however, the experience was a great inconvenience.

Overall, I do not feel as if this service was a great use of my money (and they are not cheap). And frankly, had I had the time, I would have done a better job myself.

The Avellas Team has been cleaning our home monthly for several years and I have never disappointed. They provide a thorough clean and our home always smells nice and fresh.

Unfortunately I won’t be using your services after today. They were in a hurry today and forgot to do things. I’m including pictures of how things were left. They didn’t do window sills, patio door with dog prints on it, couldn’t bend over to put trash can on floor - instead put it on my open work binder and the last time they were here they knocked towel holder into wall and gashed it. The girl laughed and never told me. I was on the other side of the wall when happened.

We have used Avellas for a couple years. They are a great group. Always on time and very professional. Do a great job at getting the hard to clean areas and flexible scheduling. We have pets and a toddler and this makes an amazing difference!

Customer service was great. Communication was great. Level of service was excellent. Very easy to work with. House was in pristine condition after they were done. We had Avellas Cleaning come clean a 4 bedroom house after a tenant moved out and after construction. They were very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend them for move out cleaning and for after construction cleaning.

Avellas did an amazing paint job on our house! The prices were reasonable, they finished faster than the estimate (even after we changed a color on them), and were extremely friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again for future painting needs!
