Engaged Haynes for snow removal in Nov. Came to my house to see the driveway etc. And now with 8-10" on the drive they are a no show. Called and left messages still no answer. Don't bother to use this service !!!!

I contacted Stacey for snow removal via a form. He got back to me within (this is not an exaggeration) 30 seconds. His staff is friendly and professional. When it snows (if it has stopped) I always wake up to everything already done. His billing methodology is simple and easy and I can take care of it immediately. Really cannot say enough good things.

Stacey (owner) and his crew were awesome! Stacey was communicative, responsive, respectful, and professional. He got me on the schedule and taken care of quickly in THE BUSIEST part of spring and we communicated through email to ask and answer questions. He gave me some great suggestions and made sure I understood why the changes would help. The team was prompt and rolled with some requested changes (I didn't know I had flowers there!). They went the extra step to make sure everything was done right and were kind and friendly to boot. And their prices were so reasonable! I am left smiling and I will keep their number for my future jobs.

Used Haynes for a week while we were on vacation. This was the first time we used a snow removal service. Stacey (the owner) responded promptly to all my questions.

It snowed once while we were gone. We returned 2 days early from our trip to a clear sidewalk and driveway. The day after we got back, it snowed all day . Haynes was here before 8 the next morning. Did a great job.

Stacey and his team have done an amazing job at our house this summer. We have needed a lot done and Stacey has been very good at communicating and always comes when he says he will. Unlike some larger companies where they just quickly mow to check a house off a list, Stacey takes care to make sure all areas are clean and nice before he leaves. Our yard truly has never looked better! Highly recommend.
