    Our residential, interior, under the floor sewer relining started with a bad day. The sewer access was in a confined space in the basement. While working to get the longest length of liner in the best possible position, the liner material somehow got stuck in the pipe. In the process of trying to get it unstuck, a waterline near the access point got bumped and broken completely off below the main shutoff valve, causing an uncontrollable blast of cold water to soak the Ninjas and begin flooding the basement space. In spite of the panic of the situation, the 2 soaking wet guys did everything they could to stop the gushing flow and minimize the flooding. Once under control they abandoned their installation and shifted to damage control, making runs to hardware stores to purchase mops and wet vacs, as well as getting an outside emergency recovery service company rolling. The Ninjas stayed on the job, working with the recovery team late into the night. At 7:00 am the next day (which was a Sunday) the full Ninja team was filling my driveway, recovering their stuck equipment, doing clean up, and completing the sewer liner installation. The follow-up continued for many days with Ninjas communicating with plumbers, restoration people, and our general contractor to make sure everything was back to normal and confirming that we were satisfied with the result. I had high expectations and considerable interest in the high tech project, and I was not disappointed. But, I also came away equally impressed by all the Ninja team members who were on my job, as well as the integrity of Sewer Ninjas as a company. They honored their contract and went far beyond. They resolved every issue that resulted from the broken pipe and during it all, maintained a positive attitude and proved that they cared not only about their professional installation but for me as home owner.     We met Jordan from the Madison office of Sewer Ninjas at a home remodeling show, and we are so glad we did! We own a home built in 1963. Though we haven't ever had issues with sewer backups before, we were concerned about what an inspection might find and wanted to be proactive. Jordan arrived on time and was able to quickly set up his camera system. We got to watch the entire process from stack pipe to sewer main and were thrilled to find out that our lateral was actually in great shape! Jordan said we didn't need their services and had no recommendations other than great reminders to be mindful of what we put down the drain. He was great to work with - highly recommend!
