Mike was a fantastic communicator throughout the quoting, planning, installation, and follow-up phase of the project. Their residential roof quote was competitive. 10 months out and no issues, concerns, or complaints.

During recent storms a large wind gust ripped numerous shingles from our roof, which led to water leaking into our home in the middle of the night. With more weather expected the next day, I called a few places in the middle of the night to try to get on their repair schedule ASAP. Sun Vault was the only one that answered in the middle of the night (non call center). In the morning they were at our place by 8:30am and had covered all the damage before the next round of storms came in that night. I was expecting $1000+ for the emergency fix, but it was FAR less, which we were grateful for since we assumed insurance wouldn’t cover this piece. Unfortunately our insurance requires us to use their pre-approved roofers for the formal repair, so we didn’t get to work with them further, but I am SO grateful for their responsiveness, as well as their quality fix that withheld more storms, wind, and rain and allowed us to actually sleep through the night without water leaking in. 10/10 recommend if you’re ever in a pinch!
