Tile Contractor reviews in Madison, Wisconsin

Great work at a fair price and very easy to work with. Andy was great!

I have used them twice now, both turned out great. The bathrooms look new again.

Outstanding work. Clean. The job was completed in a timely manner. Everything was left CLEAN. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely SUPERIOR work.

Got the grout cleaning for our kitchen tiles, and they did a great job making it look clean and fresh again.

Arrived on time, job completed in a couple of hours. Tiles all look like new, Will definitely use them again.

The Groutsmith did a fabulous job refreshing our existing tile floors and shower surround. It looks great!!

Outstanding workmanship. It’s like we have a new shower! Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Definitely would recommend

The Groutsmith answered my request for work promptly, scheduled a time to look over what needed to be done, and then finished the work in a very timely manner. The price was very reasonable.

Excellent results. Very professional work and results. Very competent staff. Andy was super to work with. Showed up on time and very professional. Would use them again!! Highly recommend them!!

Replaced several tiles for me and cleaned the grout in my kitchen and bathroom. Tiles look brand new again. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and work performed

We had two different appointments with the company dealing with three different employees. All employees conducted themselves with professionalism and efficiency. We couldn't be happier with the results and will be using them in the future.

Another great job done by Groutsmith of Waunakee. Bob, the owner, and his team do a great job. Fair, competent, respectful! My floors look better than ever!

The Groutsmith team was great to work with and very flexible! We would recommend them to anyone considering a project.

I had such a wonderful experience with groutsmith. Beautiful job, cleaning up tile, mold removal, caulk removal, and caulking. It looks amazing. Very friendly kind worker. Really impressed.

I just don't know what is fair to rate them. I had them come out to look at my floor, it needed grout cleaning and some grout replacement. Bob said I should just replace the floor, as the job was not for them. I find it hard to believe their cost would have been close to the$5k to replace the floor. But no money lost so I found someone else to do the work.

Very disappointed in the service we have received. We requested some assistance in the cleaning of out shower grout and after the initial cleaning and instructions on futher care we encountered other issues that were caused . they came back three times to rectify the issue to no avail so I requested our money back and have moved on to replace all of the tile. very costly mistake on their part which they are denying and not refunding any of our money --lesson learned do not use this companyb

We got a same day response to our 1st phone call and an on time person to come look and give us an estimate in the next days. That man suggested a different solution to our problem which made more sense and was less expensive. And he was able to come back in just a few days to do the work. Kelsey the receptionist was also very easy and accommodating to work with. A good experience!

Had my grout cleaned and refinished 2 years ago. It was great cleaned everything up. Estimate was quick and they did some caulking in the bathroom. I will say the only downfall is my wife wanted white stained grout, because she wanted white it has got dirty again and that’s against my wife not groutsmith. Good work

I didn't even know how dirty our grout was until we had it cleaned by The Groutsmith. Bob and his team literally made our kitchen floor and entryway look like new. They were wonderful to work with overall from start to finish and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone VS either replacing your flooring or scrubbing it on your own. VERY worth it!

Very pleased, they were very professional and knowledgeable, the tile and grout cleaning look great. We will definitely use Groutsmith again.

Awesome job! Very happy with the results. I had five cracked tiles and now I can barely see them. Three of them just vanished and the last are barely noticeable! Amazing job!
