We had loose tiles in bathroom and kitchen fixed up by The Groutsmith. They did a great job of cleaning loose grout, gluing and regrouting to fix the tiles. Reasonable cost. Friendly & professional. Good communication by text and e mail & phone.

I have had work done by The Groutsmith team three times now, twice to replace crumbling grout and once to clean and seal the grout in a shower. All the work was expertly done. These people can even eliminate air pockets under tile that cause the grout to crumble. I would not hire anyone else.

Service sure has gone downhill. I have used Groutsmith for at least 10 years in the past. Had a wonderful experience when Bob managed everything and came out to do the evaluations and give estimates. This time I called for grout repair and caulk sealing behind my kitchen faucet where both have deteriorated. First, the guy who was coming to give an estimate didn’t show and when I called to find out the status, the scheduler was using my old phone number rather than the current one, so of course she never reached me. The estimator finally showed up a few hours later, gave me an estimate and we scheduled the work for 2 weeks later. Fast forward - their worker shows up today, suggests I don’t use clear caulk as I had, I told him I prefer clear because of the way the glass tile backsplash meets the granite counter. He takes another quick look then declares he’s not going to do it because there’s not enough room to work behind the sink and throws his stuff in his bucket and walks out the door. No “I’m sorry”, no “it would be best to have a plumber remove your faucet first and we can reschedule”. Not even “goodbye”. One of the rudest service visits I’ve ever had. I called their office got a voice message and left a message. No call back yet. I then called another grout service who said he’d come and do the work, and no, I didn’t need to remove the faucet…that in his line of work they are use to working around such things in tight places. Additionally, the price he quoted me was 1/3 the price of Groutsmith. So I guess I win with this experience and Groutsmith has just lost a 10 customer. My advice is go somewhere else and save your money.

When we moved into our new home Groutsmith cleaned and sealed the main floor tile and brought the caulk up to par. Now multiple years later it was time to do it again so we called them back to freshen things up. Job well done!

They have helped us on two different occasions (last year and this year) with grout replacement, grout patching, grout cleaning and sealing, and recaulking as needed/requested. I was in need of a good grout cleaning and some repair. I turned to Groutsmith as I saw this was their specialty. From beginning to end they were professional and explained the process. There were no surprises when it came to the work or final payment due. I had a few tiles that were broken and they were able to take them up and re adhere them to the floor, now they look even better. My grout was dirty from years of neglect. They went from a dark brown/light black to the natural grout color after they were done cleaning! It was like having a new floor all over again. My eyes played tricks on me for days as I got used to how the new floor looked!

The Groutsmith of Wisconsin is EXCELLENT and this is coming from a perfectionist and a neat freak. Kelsey answers the phone and is super professional and knowledgeable, she explains the process and follows up with emails and all the instructions. They are prompt on coming out to look at the project and quick to send a quote.
Turnaround time is quick as well. But the key here is their quality of work. We have had a master bathroom shower cleaned, and all the grout between the shower, walls and ceiling, colored to match the original color and fresh caulking around the base. The shower looks brand new.
They came back and colored and sealed our kitchen and laundry room grout floor as well as Re caulking our basement shower. The kitchen floor is amazing! It was over 20 years old and the grout had never been sealed…the grout in the main traffic area was a totally different color from the original color! The Groutsmith guys, Andy does a great job in matching the original color of the grout. The floor looks like it was just put in…changes the look of the entire kitchen!
The price is very reasonable…extremely reasonable. They also guarantee their work and offer products to clean the tile/grout that are safe for the floor!
They offer periodic cleaning in which they will inspect the floor and fix any issues…again at a very reasonable price!!
Give them a try…you won’t be disappointed. The results were better than I expected. I should have done it years ago.

They did great. We had a lose tile in our shower near the drain. The Groutsmith rebonded the tile and repaired the missing grout around that tile. We also had them clean and seal the grout in three other bathrooms, a mud/laundry room, and our kitchen backsplash. They showed up when scheduled and completed the work when they said they would. The whole experience was positive, would definitely recommend them.

Easy to make an appointment - shout out to Kelsey who was efficient, friendly and had great follow up. I had my grout and stone in my travertine shower/bathroom re-sealed. Technicians were very informative giving several tips how to keep my stone and grout in great shape and were very polite and respectful. I did have a concern I called about after my appointment and a return visit was scheduled quickly and tended to with professionalism. I will certainly use them again when I need touch up my grout in the future. This company gave great customer and technical service. Very happy with my grout resealing and I can honestly recommend without reservation.

Groutsmith WI. I love these folks. Chris and Kelsey are THE BEST. Needed help with caulking in an old shower. They came right on time, cleaned everything, matched the caulk to the tile grout, and re-caulked everything perfectly.

The Groutsmith came into my home as my kitchen tile grout was black (Should be off white) and within a day it was totally restored! They took their time and explained the process, also left me a guide on how to maintain and properly clean my tile floor to keep it looking brand new! I'm a property manager, and we've been looking for a reliable and flexible tile cleaning service. People who are cleaners and are willing to work on grout haven't been able to accomplish the work to the standard we were looking for. We contacted Groutsmith, and Kelsey has been very accommodating to us, even despite some headaches and miscommunication with other contractors not being prepared for Groutsmith to come in.
