Great experience with Mark and his team! They run a business as it should be...customer focused... and they do what they say they will.

We had a property we needed to list, we called and they came out same day and took care of everything we needed including reseeding a portion of our lawn. They even came by a couple times a week to water since we were out of state. Great rates and top notch service, Highly recommend.

The company was witnessed by my neighbors carelessly hitting my fence with their mowers multiple times to the point they uprooted the gate out of the ground. When I contacted the company multiple times in hopes for them to make it right and because I wanted to cancel my services, I got zero response over the course of several months. BUT, they sure are persistent about sending you bills so that they can get paid. Additionally, they charged me for weed control after I specifically said I didn't want it at the start of the season; my flower beds were still filled with weeds.

Our lawn is looking great this year! Prairie pros has been attentive in the way they provide lawn care, working efficiently but not rushing. Customer service is also amazing. We’ve been really happy and feel like we are getting an incredible value.

Very professional and detailed team came to our house to clear mulch/rock, take care of stump removal and lay new soil and seed. I received next day service after contacting them. Very pleased with their work.

They sent a rock through my car window while mowing Kwik Trip. Called multiple times with no response. Now I’m chatting with Kwik Trip corporate for reimbursement. Ill be interested if they are kept by KT.

I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to enhance your outdoor space. We had Prairie Pros come and install a paver patio last fall and they did such a great job we had them back in the spring to continue the project to include walkways, raised beds and a fire pit. Great hard working crew. I love my my new patio/firepit area, it really makes our backyard one of a kind. As far as while the project is going on...You do need to keep on them, emailing, texting and calling if there are any issues or things they need to fix. They are Not great with following up or responsiveness, project manager is not responsive so you need to be your own. Lawn repair is not great after project.

My husband and I were able to utilize the Prairie Pro Services for a tree removal as well as a fencing project. They were really easy to communicate with, their quote was extremely reasonable (well under our other fence quotes), and they were well qualified and timely. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Had them come and take a tree down in my backyard for a shed we are putting in. They were able to come earlier than scheduled and then removed the stump in my yard a few days later. The cleanup was superior after they were done. Now we hope to have them come back and reseed and re-level the yard when my shed is done! UPDATE on the yard repair. These guys did a fantastic job on reseeding and leveling out my yard. If you call for landscaping projects, make sure you call these people as well. They get back to you very fast! Thanks again Prairie Pro Services for the workmanship done on our property!

I had a fantastic experience with Prairie Pro Services. Jason answered my request for a quote almost immediately. I needed to have driveway work done, replace the front steps and put in a small patio. He came to the house and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for!

The guys doing the work were very professional, personable, and I was impressed with the hard work and determination to get the job done in a timely manner.

I followed all Jasons suggestions (I don't like making decisions) and am so very pleased with the project! I get compliments by passers-by every day. If I need any more work done, I'll definitely go with Prairie Pro again.

So after a bad rain storm a couple of weeks ago I noticed flooding in my basement. The root of the issue was the grading at my house. I called had to at least be 12 landscapers.. obviously being busy season I only got 2 total call backs.. and only one ended up and giving me a quote. My boss at work knew a landscaper in the Janesville area, but he doesn’t travel to Madison. He called over to Jason at Prairie Pro Landscaping and told him my situation. Jason literally drove to my house that night. He literally just got done working 2 days straight, but still made the time to come see me same day… he gave me several options and got me a quote the very next day. I’m getting married in two weeks so my budget was a little tight. He helped me make arrangements and gave a very fair price. Then literally got all the work done the very next day which included window wells, grading, bedding, rocking, retaining wall, tree removal and seeding. His crew was very professional and hard working. Thank you so much Jason & Prairie Pro landscaping 5 stars and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for work done.

Beautiful reconfiguration of an outdated patio.

Thomas was so amazing to work with! He was an excellent communicator, was flexible in meeting my (many and ever changing, oops) needs and requests, and was honest about what would work well for our needs. The end product, our stone patio, was beautifully done and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be calling Thomas back to do more of our landscaping work!

We had EMT help us with some grading and drainage issues around our house. Thomas was great to work with as we walked around the house to talk through trouble areas and was flexible if our thoughts and ideas changed between when we first talked and when the work was done. We were able to come up with solutions to each area we were concerned with and had a clean/finished appearance around the whole house. We think the end product turned out great and looking forward to the peace of mind with having the grading issues fixed up.

Thomas did a great job remodeling our front landscaping. He had great ideas, understood what I wanted and completed the project quickly. My husband was extra happy that the entire project was done without messing up any of the lawn!

Over the last several years EMT has completed several projects for us. The communication with them has been great. Among the things they have done is make a lovely walkway and plant area, reset and add landscaping bricks, plant new bushes and trees, level problem lawn areas and reseed. We also contracted with them to do our snow removal for the season. We enjoy working with them.

I am very fortunate to have come across Mark with A-1 Landscaping inc. for the removal and installation of a new retaining wall.

Mark carefully walked me through all of my options regarding the construction of a new retaining wall. He was thorough and communicated every detail this project would include.

My previous retaining wall was constructed of large glacial boulders that were beginning to show significant signs of soil erosion along with instability.

Mark exceeded my expectations. The materials used to construct my new retaining wall are those of quality. Mark put great effort and time in making sure each brick was level and hand set properly. An adequate drainage was also installed to divert water away from my home, which was an issue with my previous boulder wall. Following completion, Mark added soil and reseeded the areas that were disturbed during the construction. He also leveled out my gravel driveway and laid down new gravel. I couldn't ask for a better outcome, my retaining wall finally complements my home and is beautifully constructed.

I highly recommend A-1 Landscaping, inc. Mark will not disappoint. He went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied with the work he had done, which he exceeded.
