BTU Management

Our furnace went out on a Wednesday, and we had a brand new furnace by Thursday. Sabrina was very receptive and responsive to my concerns on the phone, and Rose and Kayla were prompt in sending me requested information. Corey went above and beyond, making two trips out to lend us heaters and install a filter. The installers were respectful and professional. I would highly recommend BTU.

It's tough when you see a formerly good company go bad, but that's where BTU is now. We used to use them for all our HVAC needs and had no issues. But we hired them to install a new natural gas furnace and range in our trailer. We later decided to go with an electric range instead of gas, so deleted that part of the project. Paid 15% up front. Took them almost a year to do the work, and required continual phone calls from us. Now they keep billing us the original amount, not deducting the work they didn't do fir the range. Now we are supposedly 90 days in arrears, and each call to the office ends with "well, let me talk to Corey and we'll get this corrected." Needless to say we'll be going elsewhere for HVAC services from now on.

BTU is top-notch, they fixed my furnace, even sent their handsomeness employee as I requested. My cat will be nice and warm for tonight. She always likes the warmth. John, is you this, just know, it’s hard to stop a trane.
