Constraction reviews in McFarland, Wisconsin

Gethsemane Roofing LLC was recommended to us by our Realtor when it was determined we needed to replace our current roof. After getting several bids, they were the most competitive & just felt better with Julio’s presentation & obvious commitment to excellence. Completed in two days as projected, our new roof looks great. Additionally, I could see that their team worked to insure that the job was done to last. I am very pleased with the results & would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in a professionally installed new roof.

They had great communication throughout the project. They went above and beyond to make sure the roof and gutters were completed to the best of their ability. They used great products and the price was very reasonable. They also gave great advice on what we needed to properly repair the roof to hold up for the foreseeable future. Very professional and took care to protect our property during the project. Would highly recommend! Our new roof and gutters look amazing.

I highly recommend Gethsemane Roofing. They’ve replaced our roof twice in 16 years (both times due to hail damage). Both times Julio, the owner was up on the roof supervising and working with his crew. After removing the old roof, Julio identified a serious problem with the OSB boards underneath and was able to quickly remove the bad boards and replace them with plywood. He showed me how the problem was due to poor insulation and ventilation in the crawl space. He proposed an effective and reasonably priced solution. After the work was done, Julio returned the next day to take care of a couple of other requests that I had. As I first mentioned, I highly recommend Gethsemane Roofing.

Early last year when we noticed fragments of roof shingles in our back yard and a small patch of water stains and marks on the garage ceiling, we realized there was some damage on the roof due to the strong winds of a recent storm. We called Gethsemane Roofing company for an inspection. The owner of the company, Julio, came over to make a thorough inspection and made a temporary repair of the leak. He made a report of his findings, accompanied with many photos and offered a proposal to replace the shingles. When the inspector of the insurance company came over to verify the damage, Julio made himself available at the site, which was very helpful to the whole inspection process. Our submission of claims for roof repair was quickly approved by the insurance company.

The replacement of shingles on a rooftop is not a task that a home owner can easily inspect and assess on one’s own. Therefore, it is very important to work with someone trustworthy, skillful at roofing work and with many years of experience. Julio and his small crew of skillful and dedicated workers performed the job well and respectfully. Julio was also mindful to repair the damaged structure. He even found out that the insulation on the attic of our sun room was missing! With a reasonable added cost, he took care of the problem and now our sun room has become more functional throughout the year.

We are satisfied and happy with what Julio and his crew have done for our roof shingle replacement project. It is much appreciated.

Julio and his crew did an excellent job with reroofing our house this summer. They were always on time and professional, and they demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail and fine craftmanship. I know some companies that provided me with bids stated that they could tear off and replace the roof in one day, but Julio and his crew made sure the job was done right with replacing all the flashing and drip edges, repaired the gutters, installed new skylights and CertainTeed Landmark Pro Weathered Wood shingles that make our house look like it is brand new. Julio did an excellent job of communicating throughout the bid process. I would highly recommend Gethsemane Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

I got 5 bids to do my roof and gutters. I chose Gethsamane. I compared products, quality, and price. Gethsemane came out on top. Contract clear, 10 year workmanship warranty, great communication. Julio pointed out existing problems found during the project and fixed them with my permission. Great job cleaning up as well!
I would give them 6 stars is I could!

We had an excellent experience working with Julio and his team and we highly recommend Gethsemane Roofing. Our roof was old and needed to be replaced. We reached out to several roofing companies in the Madison area and Gethsemane's quote was comprehensive and was the best pricing while offering top level products. Julio listened to our input, answered our questions and were easy to work with throughout the whole process with no pressure at all.

When it came time to install the roof, communication and lead time were good as well. We had some soft spots on the roof and ended up replacing all the decking because it was either falling apart or too thin and no longer met code. Julio was on-site the entire time and checked in with us on key aspects of the project. He was honest, fair, conscientious and there were no surprises.

We gained a lot of peace of mind working with Gethsemane and we are very happy with our new roof!

5 Stars! Exceptional Service by Gethsemane Roofing!

Gethsemane Roofing installed a new roof, gutters, and downspouts on my home following hail damage from spring storms. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Gethsemane came in with the most competitive bid without cutting corners. They were honest and upfront about the cost, and there were no hidden fees. A great value for the money!

I would highly recommend Gethsemane Roofing. Julio and his crew were very professional and friendly. They installed a new roof and gutter guards. Julio was always with the crew making sure everything was done correctly, they definitely paid attention to detail and craftsmanship. He helped us pick out shingles that matched our siding and kept us informed during the entire installation. The crew was very careful of our flowers and shrubbery and covered everything with tarps to protect it. They did a meticulous job of cleaning up the site at the end of each day. I would definitely hire Julio for any future work.

We've hired Hammer It for a number of home repair & projects and they have always done a great job & clean up afterwards. We will continue to use them in the future.

Had egress window installed. It was a superb experience nothing be great workmen ship and Josh is such person.

This company is SUPERB for snow plowing. They've been clearing our very long driveway for years, and they do a superb job at reasonable prices.

Even though we didn't have a lot of snow last night, the wind made our driveway hard to walk down. Just as we were discussing how to proceed, their beautiful red truck showed up and started clearing the way.

They're professional, responsive, and great at what they do. (Can't speak for their construction skills, heh, but I'm sure they apply this same excellent focus to that aspect of their business.) We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I hired Josh to enlarge a window during my kitchen remodel. I provided the window and made sure all plumbing and electrical was out of the way. He finished it all in a day, honored the original quote, the price was extremely fair, and I had no concerns with the work performed. I would defiantly look to hire Josh for future projects!
