My husband and I want to thank Joe, Chris, and Michael. Not only did they do an amazing job with the cracks in our basement wall and the work on our basement staircase, but they made us feel like a priority during our time working together through their responsiveness and overall excellent communication. We are incredibly grateful to JJB and encourage anyone in need of their services to utilize them. If it's anything like our experience, you won't be disappointed.

JJB Home Improvements took on a very challenging and highly unique project in restoring my waterfront boathouse located on local Wisconsin lake. This masonry structure is a critical element of our lakefront shoreline landscape. It was deteriorating significantly and we were at risk of losing it.

JJB Home did an incredible job from estimate through project completion. They were the only firm that outlined a thorough solution to the problems. Their's was the only solution that inspired confidence the restoration would be completed effectively. I couldn't be happier with the results.

They each fostered a sense of confidence and trust the job would be done right. And they all exceeded my expectations.

The team did an excellent job fixing our gutter system in our house. We live in a historic home, so our water system is not typical, and they were able to accomplish the job. They worked over the winter (granted absent when it got below a certain temperature, but honestly I was surprised they showed up sometimes) and they even made the outer wooden details that matched the border of the house.

Joe, Chris, Mark, and the rest of the team were all great to work with. We had a smaller basement job that needed some minor electric, a wall knocked down, a new wall put up, and ceiling tile done. The price was reasonable of 3 bids we received. We went with JJB due to their communication, questions they asked, and plan for the job. They were helpful with suggestions, asked us questions on what we wanted / needed. Overall great job.

I am a home owner that likes to do my own renovation work. When facing a job too big that required structural permit, JJB was able to quote and help complete just the scope required. They also helped us develop some final design ideas for the rest of the project. Thanks JJB.

This place is our second home when it comes to home improvement projects....As we venture here for most of our tools and parts needed to complete a project...So do many others in the same field...So when we MAKE THAT MAGIC HAPPEN like my cousin does all thru the city...(Johnathan Swiams Jr) Check him out for all Home improvement Projects!

This location is most of the worst workers inside that homedepot I don't see no effort at all !!!

Used this firm for a kitchen in late 2017. Excellent all around. Very professional, excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and exacting—they were more concerned about getting things right than we were! Had a couple hiccups as any project does and all of them were handled with class. Love the finished product, AND it fit in flawlessly with an older house. On budget as well. Highly recommended.

Tina came to my home to provide a quote and design expertise regarding my kitchen remodel. This is the third contractor we’ve had out to our house and Tina was by far the most helpful. Although we determined we’d have to go another route and most others would just say goodbye and leave, she stayed and gave some truly honest & valuable feedback—showing that she actually cares! ("Sazma" before you make the same mistake I did) Excellent listeners and top-notch architects at work. These guys play at a higher level than any typical design build firm and are really built to impress - in design, in execution, in cleanup. Truly impressive firm with excellent talent on staff. Their reputation is exceedingly positive, their reference list long. This says a lot about who Sazama is. Karl is a true expert with the best sales approach and bedside manner I have seen.

We have been very satisfied clients of Sazama for many years. Our projects have ranged from electrical outlet repair and upgrades, to major patio reconstruction, house painting, drywall repair and upgrades, window repair, roof replacement and vent repair along with the accompanying changes that occur.

Every service person was excellent, resulting in high quality and lasting results.. Additionally, our project manager (Carlos Dorger) was not only responsive, he continually went the extra mile in working with us to achieve the best decisions and outcomes. He was - and is - repsonsive, gives us the time needed for thoughtful decisions, and his followup was outstanding.

The designers and builders at Sazama are amazing, a pleasure to work with, and did a fantastic job on our recent remodeling project. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project in your home. The quality of their work is top notch, and they stand behind it, so you can rest assured you will have the home of your dreams. They recently remodeled our master bathroom, and turned it into a spa-like experience with a beautiful tile shower and quartz countertops. We chose Sazama because one of their designers, Nicki Losinski, did such a fantastic job turning our unfinished basement into a beautiful indoor living space, that we wanted her to design our master bath, too. Her designs are even better than I had imagined. The project manager, Carlos, is also wonderful to work with and makes sure every detail is absolutely perfect, and Mike Sazama kept in touch with us and made sure we had everything we needed . We are extremely pleased with Sazama and would recommend them to all of our friends and family. Actually, we did refer our neighbors and they did a beautiful job on their kitchen remodel. We recently used Sazama for a major remodel of an 80 year old house. (Kitchen, Bath, hallway, wood floors throughout first floor)

Needless to say, remodeling is not a pleasant process but Sazama did an extraordinary job of getting it done on time, within budget, and as painless as possible.

Starting with the design process they were very helpful in balancing a desire for a first class project with reasonable budget parameters. In almost all cases, we used the designers recommendations and in the final review, glad we did.

The execution was excellent. They provide a personal website with detailed schedule and stuck to the schedule with the only exception of changes that we asked for.

The Sazama team is wonderful. The direct Sazama employees as well as the subcontractors were all pleasant, professional, and never an imposition.

The project manager, Carlos Dorger was on call 24/7 and has an incredible attention to detail and follow through.

I think the most important comment I can make is their ability to resolve a problem. We had an issue with the refrigerator door not being able to fully open. Without hesitation, they found a suitable solution, modified the cabinets, swapped out the refrigerator, making what appeared to be a huge problem, into an elegant solution at no additional charge to us.

Sazama is a premium contractor, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for"!

Long story short, I am glad I used Sazama and would highly recommend them.

If I could give the entire team 100 stars I would. I had my kitchen remodeled and am in love with it. As for the sazama team…design was fun and my designer Kimberly was great with recommendations and my likes and dislikes. Carlos is amazing and his expertise managing and overseeing all of the work is amazing. Work was on time, teams were professional and courteous and cleaned up every day. Their contractors had same great qualities. They all are craftsman and it shows in their work

Sazama recently completed a small kitchen renovation for us, and we are thrilled with the results. Kimberly was great through the design process; Rhonda took care of scheduling and Carlos kept the entire highly skilled team on track.
