I worked with First Onsite for 2 disasters at once and was grateful for their help! I know it's their job, but I still appreciated that they went above and beyond at times throughout the process. Megan, Todd, JJ, Gus and their crews did good work and I'd hire them again. Any issues that came up seemed to mostly be involving subcontractors, but overall the First Onsite crew handled things well.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mom, who had repair work done on her house after a fire incident. Joe C., the project manager, was proactive and kept us updated throughout. John S. and his construction crew were not only professional but also very polite. Their excellent work during such a stressful time is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

We had a sewer backup and these guys could not have been more helpful and fast. They removed all carpet, tore out dry wall, rebuilt everything, painted. The basement seriously never looked better.

Worked with Sergio and team on an insurance storm damage claim. They were easy to work with, communicated throughout, and followed up. A breath of fresh air compared to the original contractor!

The workers completing the job were on time, efficient, and hard working. Very satisfied.

We had a major plumbing leak in our kitchen and called First Onsite immediately after the plumber. We have been so happy with their service and response time. Jennilee, Megan, and Todd have maintained constant communication as we navigate the remediation process and insurance claim (in a stressful time without a functioning kitchen.) Today’s demo crew was led by Jorge Carrera, and he was thorough, tidy, and very helpful as he and his team worked on our kitchen. He explained everything that was done and what to do for the next few days as the water damaged areas are dried out. I'll start off by saying they took the appropriate measures to fix my water problem and got everything dried out.

But from there the communications has been an absolute mess. Some days they'd show up late Sometimes not at all then contact you.later after you were home all day to reschedule. Also sent threatening letters while we were waiting for insurance and mortgage company to clear the funds to pay them.

They also damaged my wood floorsfrom stapling the tarps to my hardwood. Then said they'd pay to fix it and it's been 10 months of calls and no answers after hearing they have to forward it to the next person. I'd avoid them at all cost. Very unprofessional way to run your business. You want to be paid immediately but have yet to see a dime out of them. Sorry I had to resort to a negative review.

Update still hasn't been paid for the damage they did. Avoid this company at all costs. Disgusting.

My place flooded the night before I left for my overseas trip. Gus was amazing and project managed the whole thing. I came home to an almost new condo. There was a couple hiccups along the way but Gus made them right and was a good communicator five stars

First Onsite was requested through my insurance company to mitigate a water problem inside my home. Todd called within a couple hours of being notified by my insurance company and set up a time to come over. A plan was discussed and a crew came over a couple days later. Jorge was the technician who showed up and the work performed was thorough and completed on time. First Onsite was a great experience for me. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We just want to say how impressed we are with this company. First onsite surpassed all our expectations and got us back into our home quicker than expected. Sergio the project manager was awesome to work with. The subs he had work were professional, respectful, and their work was superb. Thank you to the whole team. Definitely 5 stars.

We are very satisfied with first on-site after the storm hit us yesterday my apartment had a lot of water and they came out right away esmeralda and her crew were very awesome they are very great she was such a big help and knew what she was doing !! She was very professional

I highly suggest using a different restoration company. First on site performs terrible quality work. I suggest Paul Davis or Sid Grinker for a more honest and performing company.

We’ve been very happy with the team at First On-site. From Jennilee, Megan, and Todd in the beginning the communication has been great. Sergio A. has been exceptional managing the scheduling of contractors in our home - cabinet install, flooring install, plumbing & electrical, etc. We’re very happy with the results.

Gus Mosby, was excellent he meet all of our needs. Answered all questions and cleared up any confusion. I love our new siding. I would definitely choose them again.

Great company that does excellent restoration work. Very thorough in everything they do. The daily field reports are a great addition.

First of all what a fantastic company. Esmeralda the supervisor really had her crew Stanley, Junior, Val and Jodniel work so efficiently that the house was cleaned up within 10 days. The hard work these young men do is amazing.
Jorge and Brian came in the first day to inspect and figured out what needed to be done and the crew kicked it in high gear and got it done.
When you have a fire big or small, this group makes it as painless as possible and very careful with all your belongings. I trusted them even with our dog and Tango fell in love with them all! Thank you everyone for getting us through this part of our journey and getting to know all of you has been a pleasure ❤️

I had extensive water damage in October due to a broken water heater while I was out of town. I filed a claim with my insurance company due to the severity of the damage and they referred me to First Onsite. I could not be happier with the work they performed. They were here within the first few days to remove all the damaged carpeting & drywall and dry everything out. After that, they did a great job replacing everything and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The only thing I would say was less than ideal was the fact that scheduling was very last minute - they would text me at night to see if they could come the following morning. But overall, I am very satisfied with the work and the customer service.
