They withdraw money without permission whether services are rendered or not. Then they will not answer phone or be accountable.

The service was good, but it took months to get the bill even after I called and left message to get a bill. I am not sure what happened with billing. The service and price was ok.

I scheduled an appointment for someone to look at our grass situation - not only did they show up on the wrong day, I was told I'd receive a quote in the next few days and never got one.

I have used this company for several years. They always do a great job and are comparably priced. My lawn looks great.

Really nice guys and they did a great job! Have used this company two years for fall clean-up and it’s been a very nice experience both times.

For the last month they have left their broken trailer sitting off of Fond du Lac Ave on Armitage, partially blocking the street traffic. It has two broken axles and has been there prior to July 4th.

Excellent service. The staff is always friendly, great prices, and unfortunately I always forget to move my yard full of toys. With a smile the service representative always move the toys before servicing the lawn.

I have been a customer of All Season Lawn Care and Landscaping for 5 years. I am a return customer because of their professional customer service, ease of prepay billing, and great lawn care. I highly recommend All Season Lawn Care.

They did a great job for us. Had an over grown evergreen shrub trimmed, a tree removed, and a dappled willow re-shaped. Every thing, was totally cleaned up. I will use their services again

I’m finding this company frustrating. I am to have 5 spraying this season, I’ve had one. I called twice last week,”oh we will get you on the schedule.” I called again today “you want those two treatments?” Yes. The crabgrass is out of control! Very disappointed thus far.

Scheduled a quote for sod at 9:00. 9:10 I called to see where they were, was told they would be there in another 10 minutes. 9:30 call again and told them I didn’t have time to do the quote anymore. Was asked “we’ll what do you need? Maybe we could quote you on the phone”. Told them I wanted a real quote to compare prices, and that I’d like to cancel their visit. Waste of time and lack of accountability.

Our yard has great landscaping bones, but needed an overhaul. We were looking for a company to take charge and give us the landscaping look we have wanted but couldn't seem to achieve. All Season has a 'can-do' attitude, listened to what our goals were for the yard and got it done in a professional and thorough manner. We vetted a couple other companies, but have stuck with All Seasons for their consistent quality.

There was some mixup when I requested an estimate and they didn't come out to look at it on the correct day. But, once they did get out it took about a week to get a price estimate and a week later they were on site working on my yard.

They removed the remnants of the old yard, graded, and laid sod in 2 days and I couldn't be happier with the guys who did the work. Although there were some small admin hiccups their landscapers are very reliable and produced high quality work. I will use them again based on the workforce alone.

Do NOT use these guys. I hired them for regular lawn maintenance and I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was. They were never on time. The work was never good. I'd still have visible weeds and have to call them. One time, I watched the guy haphazardly spray my lawn and he was clearly missing areas and he just kept on going. Absolutely lazy! When I tried to cancel my service, they still charged and billed me. I tried to resolve it with them riight away and I was told it was taken care of.... only to receive a notice from a BILL COLLECTOR later because I relocated to Texas. Awful. Just awful.

This was one the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. Did not value customers and made too many excuses why they did not perform job they were being paid to do. I had to call them to see when they were going to cut my lawn. Did not care about new customers. Put on the bottom of their priority list.

My wife called to schedule an appointment with All Season Lawn Care & Landscaping. The original appointment was booked for Friday, 06/12. Without calling, the company did not show. When we called them, they told us they had double booked our appointment, and they'd be out on Monday.

Monday rolls around, and without calling us, they don't show. We call in to check, and we are told that they had a "emergency", and someone would be out the next day.

Tuesday rolls around, and our 11:00-12:00 appointment passes. Mind you, this time we called ahead (10:30) to ensure someone was on the way, and we were told they were. At 11:55 we call again, and are told that our landscaper is 5 minutes way. At 12:40 I called again, and was told that the landscaper had "Lost the paperwork" and just needed our address. At 1:10pm the landscaper came, and I sent him away. He blamed me for wasting his time, after arriving 2 days, and a couple of additional hours, late.

Can't even arrive to a potential customer on time to take potential business? Sorry, I definitely wont be giving you my money.
