What a fantastic job Kathryn, Heriberto, and German did connecting two of my garden beds! And last year they planted Beauty, my weeping white spruce who is growing so studiously. The first two pics are after.

The Crawford crew did a fabulous job taking down some trees for us. Good price and quality work. They also did an excellent job accommodating our timeline.

We've used Crawford Tree several times since we moved to this house. Jarod and his crew are always prompt, professional, and helpful. This week, they removed some limbs from a tree damaged by last month's storm and also branches from neighbors' trees that were hanging over our fences, about to knock them over. Victor, Cole, Conor & Chris arrived on time and got all the work done in less time than we expected. We highly recommend Crawford!!

The Crawford crew turned our backyard into an inviting, restful retreat. Steve worked with us to create a design that accentuated the beautiful contours of the landscape and established trees, as well as incorporating our favorite plants in the newly designed space. Katheryn and Zach were fantastic leaders of their crews, with conscientious workers like Heriberto and Germain reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence and thoughtfulness. We are beyond pleased!

Had a great experience with Crawford. Victor, Chris, and Kathryn did an amazing job! They were able to work in a very tight space to brace and trim branches on our large tree and remove the debris afterwards, all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Crawford!

We contacted Crawford to address our backyard drainage and stop recurring flooding. Crawford’s quote was the highest of the 4 that I received, but their plan was the only one that I felt sure was going to solve my problem at the root. Kevin Hartenberger was a pleasure to work with and you could tell he has so much passion and knowledge about what he does which made me feel even more comfortable choosing Crawford to fix our issue. Just yesterday, Milwaukee experienced a once-in-500 to once-in-1,000 year rain event and we experienced no flooding in our yard whatsoever. After 8 continual hours of torrential rain fall. My project only ended a couple weeks ago, so I am certainly thanking my lucky stars that I didn’t wait even a moment longer to contact Crawford.

I had several large trees removed and one pruned up. The crew (Victor, Kat, Anthony, Rolando, and Paul J) did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well! They put everything back that they had to move. The guys doing the work are all very friendly and really know their craft. Plus they have some cool toys to haul the brush to the road.

Great crew of professionals at Crawford Tree Service. Aaron, Chris and Kevin were the crew for our project in early Jan. and did an outstanding job of communicating, educating and follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Can’t say I get that service with other contractors I’ve hired before. Also the project manager, Jarod did a great job communicating project scheduling along the John in operations for an unexpected change with the weather. Will definitely call again for our landscaping needs and thank them all for a great experience!

Crew did a great job , especially for a first time service on my property.

The workers did not put down plywood before they drive their equipment resulting in drive way damage in our condo driveway . I await their repair of the druveway! The workers were lpolite and referred me to their boss.

My husband and I had a great experience with Outdoors Unlimited and would highly recommend them! Lou was very responsive throughout the whole process and the final project turned out incredible!

We chose Outdoors Unlimited because we wanted one service to do everything (soil, seed, bushes, tree, stone, patio, bury downspouts, and add a fence), which was 30K worth of landscaping. I️ believe the person we worked with was Todd. The reason why I️ am giving 3 stars is because of his terrible customer service. He lied to us soooooo many times. He strung us along for months. He constantly told us, “I’ll call you tomorrow”...”I’ll call you Friday.”...”I’ll call you Monday.”... He NEVER called us. We had to call him to check in because the time that he told us he would call would come and go. We hounded him for months. Who knew it would be so hard to give your money away!?! It took months to get a quote. All of the work was good/satisfactory. They did hit a gas line during the work, so we had to have our gas emergently shut off, but Outdoors Unlimited paid that bill. The only time that he was prompt on calling us was when he wanted to be paid. He should be fired. TERRIBLE customer service!

One of he worst outfits I have ever dealt with. No communication. No desire to get the job done. Acted like I was a nuisance for simply wanting to know where we stood time wise to get the project started.[ after putting 12k down 10 months earlier......]Apparently we were too much to handle, so they[Lou] cancelled the whole project, refunded our deposit and ended up wasting a huge amount of our time. Stay away from these guys.

Excellent workmanship, fair quote, would definitely use again. They built a retaining wall, dug for drywells, took away tons of clay, replaced a section of sidewalk, brought in topsoil and rock edged and seeded. Scope needed to increase when we learned work done by another company last year had not been done as expected (now I know why the sod did so poorly and why so much died, there was no topsoil). Todd was more than fair on time and material and we couldn't be happier.

I hired Outdoors Unlimited, to create a paver patio patio and garden area for me. It turned out fabulous, they were very fair in their quote, they completed the job in a great workmanship manner.
Cleaned up after each day and it turned out fabulous. Would hire them again for any landscape job I would need.

Very professional and well priced, quick work and very helpful when we had questions.

Todd Came out to our house to assess grading and water in our basement. He referred us to check for clogs in a below ground pipe before going into a yard grading project. Appreciated the honesty and will absolutely use them if I end up needing to work done. It would have been very easy to just get the project going, but they took an approach that they thought was best for us.

Excellent service, very reasonable price. Cleaned up after job completed.

Todd visited twice after rescheduling twice. He gave an estimate for the work( lawn install) on the 2 visit and asked if I wanted to sign the contract or sleep on it. I choose to discuss with my husband. We decided to have ground cover on the front yard banks and lawn install in the backyard. Discussed this on phone with Todd. He said he’d get back to me with estimate by the end of the week. A week later I left a VM message, no response. My neighbor had the same experience with this company. Should have listened to her.
