I moved last weekend and was under a lot of pressure and stress. I contacted lucky D’s the night before my move and asked if it was possible to schedule a clean for my new place. They were there at 9am and the place spotless by the time our truck came from the old place! They did an amazing job and would definitely recommend their services. They did so good my landlord asked for their business card!

They were very nice and professional. I paid for a deep cleaning and added a tip. On the walm through I found that things weren't completed so I did let the supervisor know and they did come in and complete them. After looking furthet the next morning, I found more things that weren't done that I feel like should have been on a deep clean for sure. For example behind the TV stand there open access but the floor wasn't done behind there as well as the floor under the rug in my dinning room.
Supervisor was very nice when I did point our the things I noticed on the first walk through. I was very busy this day so want able to see everything. Didn't ask for money back and even tipped so hopefully next time somethings can be taken into consideration.

I hired Lucky's to clean my apartment after just moving in. All the spaces really needed a good clean. They were so nice and professional! My apartment looked so nice when they were done. If I could hire them every week, I would!

Sade and her crew came to my place of business to do a deep cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing after a heavy rain backed up all of our drains. They did an absolutely amazing and thorough job and I have now saved her in my phone for future cleanings and even personal cleanings for my home. I highly recommend her for all of your future cleaning needs!!

I was really disappointed by the service I received…they did not clean what I asked them to and left a lot of spaces dirty. They did all of the dishes after I explicitly asked them not to so they could focus on the rest of the place. When I followed up afterwards it was unhelpful.

A friendly suggestion, you should use actual photos/videos of your work instead of AI pictures/videos. Your photos and videos are very obviously AI generated and customers will get the wrong impression. Thank you!

I recently moved and my basement looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few years. I called TCS and the guy said they could clean out the cobwebs, wash the walls, dust the couple shelves and cabinets, and clean the floors (sweep and mop). My house is small (750 square feet) so the guy estimated an hour. I thought this sounded optimistic but he's the professional so I believed him. Today the team showed up 1.5 hours late. I asked them to focus on dusting the shelves and washing the walls along with the cobweb removal. One person vacuumed the cobwebs and missed a lot of them. The other person swept in corners. An hour and a half later they came upstairs for me to pay. After they left there were cobwebs everywhere and not a single wall washed or surface dusted. They never even used any water. I specifically asked them to wash the stairway and the cleaning lady said they would. They never touched the area. I hired a cleaning company because I didn't want to spend half a day cleaning the basement. I assumed they were professional and knew what they were doing. I was wrong. They did the easy part (sweep and vacuum) that my daughter and I could have done in 30 minutes. Then they left with me still having to do all the cobwebs, dusting, and wall washing. Absolutely a waste of money!
