We had an excellent experience with K Komfort. After we found out we need a new a/c unit, we called around and were told "a few days" by other companies. Slava came out to our house late on a Monday afternoon to go over our options and within 48 hours we have a new unit up and running.

Everyone at K Komfort was friendly and professional. We'll definitely be using them in the future!

Had an issue with my furnace it just quit working, of course on the coldest day so far this year. One call to K Komfort and my furnace was back up and running within one hour!!! Great service always friendly people and most importantly honest.

Fast,friendly,professional. Eugene was very helpful and informative— I told a friend a few hours later that KKumfort had come to service my furnace and he immediately responded with how solid they were and that he had used them several times before.

They came recommended. Our furnace went out in the middle of winter. They worked on our furnace for 2 days, located the hard to find part, and were able to complete the job. I'd recommend them.

Anthony Wojak came and addressed the issue I was having with my air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Also, got the work done in a timely manner. He was very respectful and even offered to carry a package on my porch into my residence for me. I greatly appreciate the service I received from him and highly recommend him.

These guys have been phenomenal! I was trying to make some tough decisions about the HVAC situation in our 1903 house when Jay showed up with the perfect solution that none of the other companies had thought of (thinking outside the box)! The communication was excellent - something you don't often see with contractors. He provided prompt and detailed quotes with several options. Scheduling was convenient and reliable. The team onsite (led by Brian and Chad) has provided excellent communication and listened to all our concerns. The huge project is now wrapping up and I couldn't be happier!

When we experienced an unexpected failure of our heating system which resulted in a carbon monoxide alarm, representatives from K Komfort quickly arrived at our residence to assess the situation. After finding and explaining the cause, they offered the option of repairing the existing furnace, or replacing the unit altogether. We chose the replacement option.
An installation technician arrived with a new furnace shortly thereafter. His pride in workmanship was evidenced by his obvious knowledge of relevant codes, as well as his fine attention to detail. The job site was cleaned up after completion, the system was thoroughly checked for proper operation, and the old furnace was taken away for recycling.
We highly recommend K Komfort for all of your heating and cooling needs!

We just had our complex HVAC system repaired and zoning installed They were polite and helpful on the phone, returned calls, and scheduled servicing promptly. They came when they said they would. Euguene, did a thorough job, explaining what he did clearly, explained what the problem was and how he fixed it, and what to look for in the future. This was a big improvement over our past service company who kept saying there was nothing wrong with our system and nothing can be done to fix my daughters cold room. I don't know how they could have given us better service. They are very reasonably priced, Absolutely nothing to complain about, the high quality of service and skill we received from them and very reasonable price.

K Komfort replaced my furnace and added a humidifier back in December. After 4 months of living with the system I am very satisfied with K Komfort. I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.
I found the their recommendations to be helpful and honest.
Installation was on time, courteous and very professional.
The installer took the time to show me what was done, how it was done and how to use and maintain the system.
All sheet metal and electrical work was done with a very high quality.
No call backs were necessary.

The humidifier has been working great! No longer have to keep filling up room humidifiers every day.

K Komfort just installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace/AC and tank-less water heater. The owners showed up early for a service call and validated the 30 plus year old furnace was on it last leg, they were able to schedule and replacement within 48 hours. K Komfort installed everything in one day and had me back up and running to perfection within 8 hours. They brought in 2 crews one to work the furnace/AC and the other to rip and replace the dead water heater.

Eugene and his crew are awesome! Heat went out on the coldest night in 24 years and he worked until 8:00 at night to get the heat back working. Anthony was awesome!! Our air conditioning went out the morning of a really hot and humid day. We didn't have time to tend to it until after 5pm when we were home from work. I called KKomfort and they were able to come over after hours for a very reasonable price. Anthony diagnosed and fixed our problem and was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. By the time he finished it was almost 10pm. He had to have had an insanely long and tiring day, but he was still so fantastic and didn't make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. We were so happy with the service we received that we signed up with their Energy Savings Agreement. These guys will be our go to for any HVAC needs in the future. I am so happy to be able to sleep cool and comfortable tonight.

I recently purchased a home with a 17 year old furnace, so I wanted to have it checked and cleaned before winter to avoid any issues. Elliott and Ben from K Komfort came and did a great job - very friendly, professional and timely. I will happily schedule with them again next year!

It was just before a heat wave and our Air Conditioner was at 10% and could not drop a degree when on. I called and was scheduled the same day as they prioritize system down tickets. It was also a diagnostic call. Cory our tech, checked the AC and furnace and quickly found an additional dirty filter that has fallen in and blocked the air flow when coupled with a new one I put in. This made the coils ice up. He was very thorough in the repair, adding coolant, fixing a small leak, cleaned the coil, and explained all to me every step of the way. he was there a couple hours and total including all parts (leak stop process) was well under $400. He did not try to sell me a new furnace or AC unit, which I was prepared to fight off if needed. I thought the price was very fair and the experience was excellent for a change when calling on service companies you have not used before. Highly recommended! (We are in Glendale)

I have to thank Eugene for taking the time out to come back to my property to fix what the issue was and I really appreciate you for taking your time out fixing what the issue is I really do appreciate it I pray that I don't have any more issues at all but if I do I will want you to be my personal person that comes to my home too really do the job for me do to me being a disabled woman I really do appreciate you Eugene because you really took the time out to see what the issue was when others didn't thank you so much and I hope you keep your word I just can't stop thinking you so much

We have used KKomfort for our new furnace and AC, and also invested in the tune-up services. We have been extremely impressed by this company and it's employees. We had Eugene and Elliott service our furnace today and while they were here they took the extra step to change out our filter, and update our thermostat to our zipcode which now shows updates to our local weather! Overall a really great experience with this company.

I went to K Komfot for a second opinion as I suspected that I was being grossly over charged for a new furnace (I was quoted a single stage furnace with instillation for 6k). K Komfort was able to install a multi stage furnace with a better warranty for a thousand dollars less. So happy I reached out to them for a second opinion! I appreciate the time that was taken to lay out all my options. Overall very pleased with the service I received. Would recommend to anyone in the Milwaukee area.

We had a heating outage during a snowstorm! Really scary with no one to turn to. Within 1 hour we had someone on their way! Eugene was wonderful. Joanna was kind and helpful scheduling on the phone. Eugene also was descriptive and helpful when telling us about prices. The next day we had David come and fix the furnace and he was prompt and helpful. This company had great service, kind / caring staff and was prompt! Hard to find ! Recommended especially in the Riverwest/Milwaukee area.

K Komfort and Cooling pulled us out of a disaster again! What a wonderful company and the team of technicians. Last summer they promptly fixed our badly leaking water heater, this summer they saved us from heat. The air conditioner broke right at the set of the recent heat wave in Wisconsin. My family could not tolerate it and had to leave the house to go to the relatives. KKomfort's responsiveness could not be beaten. At the right time, at the right hour they were tirelessly working on getting us on track: new AC unit, new furnace, new piping and all. Everything within a day (even half a day!) Their work ethics is superb! They prepped the area meticulously, lining it with some special sticky plastic "runner", chose the entrance to the house that would be less bothersome for our family, were quiet and super polite. We didn't even notice they were there until the job was completed. The clean us after the job was even better than if we did it ourselves. Many may worry about the pricing of this kind of job especially when things go south unexpectedly. Its our second time working on something big with K Komfort, and I confidently say that the prices could not be beaten when it comes to ethics, promptness, and quality. They offer good financing which makes difficult life situations manageable.
