For buying a fresh Fraiser Fir it was a pleasant experience. Considering the date 12/19/18
..late in the season and mild temperatures, we were the only 2 people tree shopping!
So we had great service with a surprisingly large selection of trees from which to choose.

Great Staff, Awesome gardening supplies, plant varieties, nutrients and soils to choose from. Seasons just starting and I got to grab a few bags of soil B4 it's too warm & sunny and the heat started killing off the microbes in my soil. LOTS of diff colored roses that r "Plug&Play" when placed in dirt, get in today Before some of the Rare Colors of Roses are gone. Now I'm waiting for my Alpine Strawberry, Thimbleberry and Rose seeds "POP" so things really get going. Thanks Stein's

Stopped in for the first time to buy a couple big pots. Didn't realize what a wide variety of things this store has! Kind of like home goods, a nursery, and lowes had a baby. They have pet supplies too, which I didn't expect.

Wide variety of outdoor and indoor pots to choose from, although their locations are a little confusing. Outdoor non-heavy duty pots are inside near patio stuff. Terra cotta pots are outside on a shelf near patio stuff. Heavy duty outdoor pots are outside on various pallets. Indoor pots are inside in the nursery with all the tropical plants. Prices are reasonable. Friendly service too!

Very rude and condescending employees , the young workers are great the old ones are so rude and disrespectful it is insane does steins just hire people with zero customer service experience sure seems that way. Maybe try hiring people that want to work instead of the rude lazy folks you got pushed plants around your storefront. I could not imagine that working at steins is that difficult. Neither is customer service. Your company should be ashamed of how your running your business and the trolls that you keep at your gates (I.e. customer service reps and management)

I have been to Steins over the years. They always seem to be a bit overpriced for the quality. We were looking for patio furniture. Didn't find anything that was a fit or worth the price.

Just in case anyone was ever planning on using the service, I wanted to advise you against it. I have used them in the place for snow plowing and that’s been fine (but expensive!). My lawnmower broke so I thought I would try their lawn service. That was May 2. They said service would be within 3 days… it has now been 11 days and they still can’t give me an ETA when someone will come.
Last Saturday after sitting for over a week, my job was picked up. The contracted person never completed the job, so I contacted the company and they removed that person from my job. They then left my job open for someone else to pick up. I asked for an update because by this point my lawn has grown tremendously. I was told that there was no need to keep checking in and that I would receive an email when it was assigned. Completely unacceptable! I have been more than patient, more than understanding, and I will check in as much as I need to because this is absolutely ridiculous!!

I called several times and left messages, never heard back from them

Incredibly happy with their services. I use them when my rental properties are vacant and need mowing. They are very quick and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Worst service Ive used.

Every week there is a new problem from broken gutters that have either been stepped on, mowed over, sections of lawn not cut, and a fertilizer job that applied streaks and designs over a small portion of my lawn that I was charged for.

The Director Billy attempted to resolve and didnt follow through, Brett the customer Service representative is useless.

Don’t wish this service in your worst enemy. Stay far away

I've used this app 3x now this winter for snow removal. The app is so easy to use, and I like that it gives you the price before you confirm if you'd like the service done. I've requested immediate service, and have also scheduled in for next day. One time I wanted to reschedule and customer service responded immediately and changed the date of service. Then send a photo once the work is completed. A little pricey, but worth it!

I used them for snow removal. My driveway is about 4 car lengths long and 1 car length wide. They charged me $95. Be warned, they do not shovel "public" sidewalks, which means any sidewalk. They wanted to charge an additional $20 to shovel the walkway leading to the front door... If you can, maybe become a service provider because apparently driving a truck up and down the driveway a couple times is worth $95... They also plowed large pile of snow into the sidewalk, which I then had to manually shovel.

I used the app for snow removal. Per the apps menu I ordered sidewalk snow removal and driveway snow removal. They only did 3 ft in front of my garage, no sidewalks were done, but they charged me 144.79, that price includes sidewalks. I immediately called customer service, and was told that they don’t do sidewalks. I explained that snow removal from sidewalks was in the app, but she just kept repeating that they don’t do sidewalks. I said I want a refund from the payment for sidewalk removal. She said she would have to call a manager. I have yet to hear from them.

I hired this company to remove snow from my driveway. The driver came and had a difficult time getting into my driveway. He then proceeded to roll over tons of snow never dropping his plow. Three days after the service was performed. I still have mounds of ice in my driveway. My husband is disabled and uses a motorized scooter. We are unable to get him to the car to get him to his day program because of the amount of ice that is still in my driveway. This company continues to tell me the reason for this is because I did not pay for salt but the driver put down salt because he said he could not clear my driveway. Meanwhile, every single neighbor of mine has an empty and clear driveway, but mines is not. And I’m the only one who didn’t get out there to do it myself. This company continues to make excuses for their lack of service but at this point, I caution you.. Please do not use this service. It is a waste of your money.

Chad and his team replaced our driveway and walkways around our home. They also regraded our backyard and installed a retaining wall. They did a fantastic job and were very easy to work with. They finished the work quickly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have concrete or landscape work done.

Previous to having this work done our home would have water in the basement after it rained. After having this work done we haven’t seen a drop of water in our basement. Our driveway and walkways are tricky also because of the proximity to neighbors and grade of the areas but they found great solutions working within our footprint to mitigate water around our home.

They also regraded the yard so water goes away from the house instead of toward it. It was nice to work with a company that could do both landscape work and concrete work; most companies do one or the other but not both.
