We hired Rodolfo and his father in the fall for grading and seeding after a driveway and patio install, we liked the work so much I checked to see if they did fence installation too. Spoiler alert: they do and they did an awesome job! They finished the work and suggested edging and mulch around the whole house to dress up the rest of the work. I think our home value increased overnight. The professionalism and quality cannot be matched as well as standing behind the hard work. 7 out of 5 stars, would recommend and have recommended to everyone looking for quality landscaping. Perez Landscape has our business for life.

We hired Rudolfo and his crew to level, regrade and plant grass after having new sidewalk and driveway put it. He listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, was very clear in the work they would provide for the fee he would charge. He set a date to do the work, came on time, finished in less than a day and cleaned up before leaving. A few times before the work started I needed my questions answered and he responded quickly with satisfactory answers. Within 2 weeks we have grass growing. We are very satisfied with Perez Landscaping and recommend them for your landscaping needs.

Last year Rudy and his father Rudy excavated, graded and installed a Unilock walkway and wall for our home at very fair
pricing. Although we had an idea of how we wanted the work done they offered better methods with good reasons. They worked very hard in very hot weather to complete the job on a tight schedule and we were impressed with the additional care they took to make sure the job was done correctly . I have recommended them to other neighbors without hesitation.

Rodolfo put up a small privacy fence for us. He was great to work with, prompt and provided everything as promised. We really enjoyed working with him, and will be hiring him for a
few more jobs. Highly recommend!

We hired Perez Landscape to install turf and pavers in our yard (Condo). Words cant describe how pleased i was throughout the entire process, start to finish. First, Rudolfos communication was outstanding! He communicated the entire process from estimate to install to finish and that is a breath of fresh air. He listened to my concerns from the start and the end result proved he listened! He said it would take them 3 days and they finished in 2. The crew was hard working and the end product looks great and more than i was expecting. You can tell they took their time and valued the work they did! Worth every penny! Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!

We hired Rodolpho and his father this past summer to remove old fieldstone and lumber ties and build a retaining wall across the back of our property. The quality materials used and the look was a great transformation! After that project was completed, Rodolpho mentioned that they could replace my 30-year old deck with a matching stone patio. The idea of a maintenance-free and durable replacement to the deck was amazing! Great seating area and an integrated fire pit has given us a great new backyard. Perez Landscaping did a phenomenal job on our patio! Due to the curved shaped half wall that was part of our patio design, all the pieces in the stone wall were custom cut with care. Absolutely beautiful work!! Highly recommend! Thank you Rudolpho Sr and Jr!

Janice and her team were so professional. They came and did a wonderful job on my lawn. They cleaned and munched everything. My lawn looks like a real lawn again. I will definitely use their services again. I am so happy 😊

I made several calls looking for a landscaper to do a couple projects this spring and Janice was the only one to pick up the phone. Lucky for me, because she is great! She's very nice and gets the work done well. I'll definitely continue to use her going forward. Her crew did a fabulous job, were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves when the project was complete.
