Lawn cut and Snow removal

Never did a good job. Always had to complain and sometimes missed a whole section of the yard. Even the neighbors complained about them. Don’t pay them ahead even with the Covid no contact they’re not honest.

This was the second time I used Janice’s company. Her crew were extremely professional and did an awesome job. I would certainly use them again,

Unreliable with very poor customer service. Do not trust this business. After more than 32 hours of waiting and 5 phone calls to Janice, she never showed up for snow removal. This woman should not be in business with her unprofessional behavior. Please look elsewhere for snow removal.

Janice also billed my relative for 2 days of work and never showed up. Yes, this is the correct business, Janice.

As a small business owner I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail that Janice and her team delivered. I gave her a completely untouched and over due yard and garden. She had different plans and explained them in detail. She went out of her way to save me as much as possible. She made me feel like a very valuable client even though I'm it was just my house. Also as a favor to my friend she did some painting inside...but made every effort for her to get a painter by trade....and she did a wonderful job. She bid it SO LOW that my friend had to send her more money!! I now have monthly maintenance done and every week my yard is manicured trimmed and attention to flowers as I have no green at all in my thumb. I would strongly recommend Janice's maintenance and landscaping design. She truly does it bey she loves it not to get rich

Janice and her crew were fantastic, they helped us out with our front planters and getting our backyard ready for winter last fall. She’s easy to communicate with and clearly knowledgeable about the industry. We’ve already contacted her again about more work on our front lawn (that another landscaping company ruined) and about general maintenance projects around our property.

Janice is a very kind, hardworking person in a very difficult industry. I’ve known her for many years and she has always come through for us when we needed it. I would definitely recommend her and the team.
