Our AC Blower quit working at the worst time, during a hot spell and also when I was in the hospital. My wife thought maybe I could repair it but it was beyond my current state. I said we need Olson's Heating and Cooling for this one. Not only was the motor bad but also the control circuit board. Olson's had me enjoying our AC in no time. We very much appreciate their sticktuidness, having both the board and motor go bad was unexpected.

We just moved into town and Olsen was recommended to us by the former home owner. Our AC unit has been unhooked for city maintenance. I called and the hook up was scheduled right away. Our geothermal system stopped cooling our house during a freak heatwave. Called Olson and they sent a technician out to take a look the same day. Thankfully it was an easy fix to unclog the condenser drain. Now we are no longer drenched in sweat!

My furnace stopped blowing warm air, which I didn't realize until 6 p.m. I called anyway and Stan answered. He assured me someone would respond first thing the next morning, and Mike arrived by 9 a.m. and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Always great service!

When my furnace went out during the frigid weather. They came quickly to provide a temporary fix until a new furnace could be installed. Within days I had a new furnace. They were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They did a wonderful job! I'd highly recommend them!

Stan Olson and his crew have quickly diagnosed any issues with HVAC systems at our home as well as my rental property. Recently installed venting for cooking and helped ward off an issue we would have had with the appliance provider. Quick service, friendly and caring people, we highly recommend!

We noticed our furnace was not working one evening. We sent a service request the next morning via their website at 7:40am and received a call before 9:00am, when they open. They were booked for the day but were able to send a technician out at noon. Bruce had it fixed in 20 to 25 minutes.😁

I have been served by Olson now for three years and I will say that they are the most dependable, most thorough, and the most reasonable. Sometimes my systems can be challenging, and Olson has come through for me in times of emergency, routine maintenance, or simply when my systems are being fickle. Brandon was knowledgeable, capable and courteous. It appears the furnace maintenance was done well. Brandon also replaced the April Air filter, which we did not request because we normally do it ourselves each fall.
