From start to finish, they explained every step of the process and kept me informed about what they were finding and what the issue was. I really appreciated their honesty and the recommendations they provided to help prevent future flooding problems. Highly professional and reliable service!

Highly recommend! I was able to get an appointment right away after speaking with Paul to help diagnose and fix my leak. They showed up promtly on time, they were extremely neat and clean! They explained everything fully and cost was reasonable. Michael the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Very professional!

We had an emergency when the main line coming into property burst flooding basement. PMPlumbing contacted the city to get water shut off and was on site within an hour to replace valve and damaged pipes. We were back in water within 4 hours.

I was introduced to PM Plumbing on referral over 10 years ago and have used them for a number of commercial and residential plumbing projects since. Residential projects have ranged from smaller ones of installing a new kitchen faucet and replacing an old/leaking garbage disposal up to 2 complete bathroom remodels to include installation of jet tub, toilets, sinks, and fixtures. Commercial projects ranged from multiple hot water heater installations to a drinking fountain/bubbler installation. Very conscientious team that completes quality work! They are respectful of your time, your home/business, and your wallet. Charges are favorable/reasonable and the owner has always been responsive to contact requests.

Paul has done work at my commercial property for several years. Everything from fixing leaks, to replacing toilets. They are fast responsive and fair on pricing. I recommend them.

Called them about a water heater, toilet and sink installation/repair in the Milwaukee, WI area. They were able to get me in promptly and for a reasonable cost. Very happy with my service and i will be using again.

They did great work. They adjusted my estimate to be lower because they didn't spend as much time as they thought installing. Which I thought was great. That means they are honest and adjusted my bill to fit the actual time it took them to install.

I was very impressed with Paul from PM Plumbing and Mechanical. I have 4 teenagers in my household and was constantly running out of hot water. I called and Paul came out and assessed the situation. He recommended I get a larger hot water heater. It was close to the end of the day and he still hauled out my existing water heater, went and bought a new one and installed it before the weekend. My kids and I were extremely grateful. Thank you so much!!!!!!
