    Disappointing and very non-responsive. I had heard great things about Despins and reached out to them about a month ago to have them make a couple of minor plumbing repairs at our home. Unfortunately, after two or three messages on their "non-emergency" line over a three week period and a conversation (and message) with the answering service on their "emergency" line about a week ago, we've heard nothing back from them. I would've hoped that even if they were extremely busy they would at least return the call(s) and schedule something for later in the summer.
