Jason was very professional and explained areas of concern while on site both with pictures and pointing out clarification in person.
Report that followed was very complete and again, pictures to back everything up. Even took the time to work with a foundation expert to assure that no further inspection needed to be recommended.

Jason did a great job on our inspection. Not only did he arrive early and start the job, he answered all of our questions and explained everything he was doing. This has been our first home buying experience and first home inspection, and we felt very informed and cared for. Thank you!

Priority Home inspection did a very good job preparing the home inspection for a property we are looking to purchase. Jason was friendly and respectful, arrived early, and completed on time. He answered all our questions onsite and several via email later. When he was done, he reviewed the report with us and provided an electronic copy the next day. Jason Geiger arrived well ahead of time at the home we are looking to purchase and got a jump start on inspecting the exterior of the home. My husband and I took an instant liking to Jason, and we admired his thoroughness and responsiveness to our questions. His report was detailed and included photos of problem areas that need to be addressed. We will most likely be contacting Jason in the future for concrete work we have in mind.

Due to unexpected occurrences I've actually had the pleasure of working with Jason twice. Through both inspections he was incredible. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Not only did he point out the things that would need to be fixed, he also gave insight on how to go about some of the uncommon fixes people don't encounter regularly. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is patient and willing to answer any question you ask. He never made me feel like it was a hinderance to him at all and was very detailed in the answers he provided.
