As a first time homebuyer, I really appreciated how Jason took the time to show and explain each issue he was finding in the home to me. He also took me around the home to show me where certain things were (main water shut off, etc) which would help in the future when we have regular maintenance to do. He was very thorough and wonderful to work with!
