Our house sustained severe water damage in the flood. And 24 hours later, our power went out and we discovered our generator wasn’t working. Shawn came out and repaired the generator, enabling our sump pump and well to resume operation. And then he went above and beyond by stopping back at our house at the end of his work day to make sure the generator was still operating. We are forever grateful. Such kindness does a long way during times of distress.

Great experience from start to finish. Karen in the office was kind and very helpful, squeezing me in same day. Scott was super friendly and fixed my issue without actually needing to replace anything. I will work with them down the road when it's time to upgrade my system.

Brennan came to our house to resolve a wiring situation that required some serious problem solving skills. He quickly came up with a low impact solution and completed the work quickly. He was super pleasant, professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them for any residential project!!

We needed a bathroom light fixture replaced. After checking reviews I called Pieper Electric to schedule an appointment for the next week. A different department of the company had come the previous week to do a maintenance check if our whole-house generator, and my husband was pleased with their service. Today, Electrician Zack called before the time window was up to say he'd arrive in a few minutes, which he did. After showing him the room and the fixture, he completed the job in about 40 minutes with no difficulty. The fixture looks great and I'll definitely call Pieper again if we need electrical work done in our home in the future.

Scott is awesome. We got back from vacation this afternoon to no power downstairs. Scott came to the house quickly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got us up and running in no time. I highly recommend Pieper Electric - ask for Scott!

We had our 2002 25kw standby Generator at our house declared dead and not fixable by another contractor, with the high cost of replacement I decided to call Pieper, Chris came out and two hours later was able to get the our Generator repaired and running perfectly. Chris was awesome and his knowledge and expertise was very impressive! He never had a thought he couldn't fix it and though the unit had sat not working since 2018 he did it. 5 stars for Chris and Pieper!! THANK YOU

GREAT JOB! We had the crew of Ben, Shawn, Jordin, and Dustyn. They were all very polite and cared for our home like we do! Spending a couple of days with these guys doing a generator install and reworking the panels at our home, we'd have them back in a heartbeat. THANKS so much for a job well done, guys! Overall, excellent service. The electricians were professional and friendly. I do have one complaint. A dedicated service line had to be run from my house to my detached garage. That was part of the contract. I decided to upgrade to a larger conduit for a future e-car charger. There was a $300 up charge. Same trench had to be dug. Same work to make all of the connections. Material was probably a little more expensive but $300 seemed high to me. To contrast, I had the electricians add an extra light fixture which required extra conduit, wire and labor. That up charge was $150 which seemed fair.

Otherwise happy with the work.

The men who installed my Generac generator were efficient and so nice. They went out of their way to explain how the generator worked and to call with any questions or problems.
