From my initial call to Pieper Electric after we were struck by lightening on 4/7/21 and until the work was professionally done as estimated and agreed to by a hard working crew with an incredible crew leader and my bill was paid my experience was outstanding👍 When lightening strikes, we need to know our safety is being taken care of by à team who knows what needs to be done...I will definitely call and recommend Pieper Electric for my or anyone's future electrical needs.Top notch 💯

Pieper Electric is by far the most knowledgeable and capable electrical contractor around. They also lead the industry in safety and boast the most credentialed safety staff in the contracting arena. Pieper is a top notch contractor and operates with the highest ethics and values.

Karen was so easy to work with over the phone and we received same day service! Great service across the board!

When you order delivery anytime, please tip your delivery driver because they are going out of their way to get to where you are located. It takes 25 minutes to go back and forth just to make $2 and then your delivery driver actually loses out on other orders with tips and shorter distances.

These guys for Pieper electric are blatantly overcharging for their services which is at the most, the bare minimum of service. They did a small job that took 1 hour and charged me almost $2000!
When I called to inquire about a break down in this price, I got a run around. I'm still waiting for their accounting deptartmant to return my email or call. Their IT person did call me just to see if my email was a scam as he put it, but no call back from their accounting dept! Very bad communication. I would recommend to anyone to go to any other company before choosing these clowns to do your electrical work. I will never use this company ever again! The good reviews they got must be from their relatives and friends.. smh.

I haven't hired Pieper Electric, but I did bump into one of their electricians at a local hardware store, and he was kind enough to take time to answer my questions in the lighting aisle while he was doing his own shopping. Small kindnesses are what keeps this world moving forward, and I appreciate that he explained things to me simply and matter of factly without talking down to me. I don't even know his name, but he is an excellent representative of what this company most obviously stands for.

Pieperpower put in an 11Kw backup generator at our house in April of 2017.
We needed the work accomplished so that our sump pump would be able to operate during any electrical outages that might occur.

My husband and I are very happy with the installation of the generator and the people that did the work. We rate both the job and the people as excellent!
Everything that was done was explained to us both, before and after the job was completed.

We had a truly great experience with Pieper. Our estimator was honest and helpful in determining exactly what we needed without adding on extra services. Our installer arrived on time, was kind and helpful, and did a great job with the projects we requested. I feel like everyone went up and above to provide a great experience for us and would highly recommend Pieper for any electrical needs.

Hired them over six months ago to fix wiring to a water well pump and replace a vent fan motor in our horse stable. They did a quick fix on the pump and said it needed new wiring and could get expensive. I said no problem let's do it. They said they would and after many months of calling and promises to get going on it... They never showed up. So I hired a much more compitant and reliable service and got it done ...I guess these guys are too lazy to want to make money.

Shawn was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing during the annual maintenance of our Generac generator.

We have used Pieper Electric twice now at our home and each time they were able to help with a major repair. Once when our trampoline flew into our power line and wrapped itself onto the pole on our house. Then again today when our sockets fried inside of our meter and all power went out. Both times they were able to come out to us quickly and fix the issue in a short amount of time. Mark, Scott and Greg are all so professional, honest and hard working guys. They are a true asset to this company. Thank you again for all that you did to help restore our power (especially on hot summer days)!

Pieper Electric is hands down the best when it comes to Customer Service, Quality, Responsiveness, Value, and Education. Not only do they provide quality work, they are enjoyable to work with, and will educate you on why something needed repair. They will go over all your options, answer any questions, and will recommend a better solution if they see fit. I can always count on the Pieper Electric Crew to keep our property operating efficiently.

They are predatory, they completely abuse the customer. They give you the run around in trying to explain the charges. We were charged $410 for a 5 minute visit to determine that a toilet tank was cracked, they did NOT fix anything! They charged time and a half even though the visit was at 1:50 in the afternoon plus travel time from wherever they are, qhich Craig said it was an hr. away, then he said it was for parts, what parts? He did not fix anything, he agreed when I called him on this. He tried to make up all kinds of stories to defend his charges, They are absolute thieves! They threatened my son to give them his credit card number or else! Do not use this company their charges are literally criminal.

Greg, Mark and Karen at Pieper Power have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Quick to respond, good people and always get the job done right the first time. Quality service!

Outstanding service from Pieper Electric. A downed tree from a storm took out our electrical service to our house and to our neighbor's house - late in the day on a Sunday and in sub-zero weather. Our Pieper electrician (Wally) was more than happy to come and take care of the issue - for both of our houses. He worked tirelessly, in the dark, in the wind and cold, for nearly 4 hours to restore power to both properties. Could not commend him more highly. When the job was done, he cheerfully wrapped up the paperwork and thanked us for our business. Pieper was one of the only electricians in the area who even answered the phone on a Sunday. We left messages for other companies that were never returned, some had no answering service at all, and one told us that we were outside of their service area - in spite of the fact that our communities share a border and we are only 4 miles from their office! Pieper knows business and realizes that when you have an emergency need, you need someone now... not during office hours on Monday morning. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Scott was very professional and accommodating. Requested repairs were done quickly without mess. We appreciated his input to our future electrical projects.

I had one of their electricians come to my place as part of a larger project. The person looked lost and asked me how to do tasks that were supposed to be their job. Honestly, it was scary.

I wouldn't recommend Pieper Electric, Inc. to anyone, friend or foe. I had to call another company's electrician to check the work so my house wouldn't burn down if something's wrong.
