Kent was so helpful! Woke up to some random power outages at home, called around to a few places who were booking too far out, eventually reached Kent at Decision Electric who walked me through some checks over the phone. He concluded that it was likely a utility issue and suggested I call the power company first and reach back to him if I needed to, said he would rather save me a service call if possible. HE WAS RIGHT! The utility company came out and found the problem he mentioned and are fixing it, saved me a bunch. What an awesome guy and that kind of helpful service is getting rarer these days. I will definitely be saving this place as my first call when I have electrical needs. Thank you so much Kent!!

Excellent, prompt service for getting an older home's outlets up to code! Kent worked in a timely manner to add GFCIs indoors and in the garage to prepare this house for sale. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend Decision Electric.
