NEW VIKING ELECTRIC LOCATION!!!

Kent was so helpful! Woke up to some random power outages at home, called around to a few places who were booking too far out, eventually reached Kent at Decision Electric who walked me through some checks over the phone. He concluded that it was likely a utility issue and suggested I call the power company first and reach back to him if I needed to, said he would rather save me a service call if possible. HE WAS RIGHT! The utility company came out and found the problem he mentioned and are fixing it, saved me a bunch. What an awesome guy and that kind of helpful service is getting rarer these days. I will definitely be saving this place as my first call when I have electrical needs. Thank you so much Kent!!

Excellent, prompt service for getting an older home's outlets up to code! Kent worked in a timely manner to add GFCIs indoors and in the garage to prepare this house for sale. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend Decision Electric.

Kent was amazing. Very detailed-oriented, knows what he was doing and even better seems like a quality, honest guy. I like doing business with quality people. Certainly would would recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work. Thanks Kent!

Very knowledgeable electrician. Highly recommend. Trustworthy and fair.

Timely and efficient. Explained work that needed to be done and then confirmed and explained all work completed. Quality work and very pleasant to work with.

I highly recommend Decision Electric. Kent was very professional throughout the entire process. I called and left him a message and he called me back right away. He was able to get there promptly the next day and fixed all the items on my checklist and add a ceiling fan to get my parents older home back to code for a quick sale. He even noticed an outlet I missed and added the GFCI to a bathroom in the basement I forgot about. Kent explained what his plan was, knew what he was doing with the codes, and I had absolutely no cleanup of my own. I will definitely use Decision Electric again.

We had a great experience with Decision Electric he called us days after he did the work just to see if all the work he performed was still good very kind and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. This is the company I would recommend to anyone for Electrical jobs in your home.

I had some electrical work done by Kent and he did an excellent job! Easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Had multiple projects completed by Kent. From outlets and switches to recessed lighting and ceiling fans. Could not be happier with his work. From his excellent communication to his attention to detail, Kent was a true professional. Very punctual and clean up was excellent. 100% recommended!

I couldn't be more pleased with Decision Electric!💡⚡Kent's attention to detail is unmatched. He arrived on time. His work was excellent with everything to code. His truck was well stocked and organized - no time wasted gathering supplies. He went above and beyond addressing details that provided positive impact on function and appearance of project. Kent stayed within quoted price. It's refreshing to find a professional who's knowledge and character are only exceeded by his passion for his trade. Decision Electric is now my "go to" for electrical work. I highly recommend to friends and family. Rick Threewitt
