Had an above ground pool put in by RC, and nothing but problems, liner coming loose, will they come back and fix? Nope, charge! Liner is wrinkling, will they come back? Nope, no warranty, and another charge, just called last week, and the girl told me it was easy, I could do it myself. (Sure then they can really say no warranty because I tried to fix it myself, I'm not stupid!) No warranty for the liner??? Have to go through the manufacture, I DIDNT BUY IT FROM THE MANUFACTURE RC DID), anyway, I wont go there again. And I won't recommend them!

They charged over $3,000.00 for 2.5 hours of work. They didn’t use any heavy machinery. The estimate described a difficult job that didn’t match reality. They also didn’t do what I had discussed with the owner when setting up the job. They left my deck a mess.

This company damaged my yard while installing a pool for my neighbor. They entered my property without permission and caused significant damage to my yard as the ground was very wet when they decided to start the project and got the crane stuck. They then proceeded to dump several dump truck loads of gravel onto my yard to try to get the crane out, again all without my permission. The "grass" they planted was almost all weeds and when I tried contacting them simply to request treating my yard to eliminate the weeds, they refused to talk to me. The receptionist is very rude and kept saying "what do you want us to do about it?" She repeatedly refused to allow me to talk to the owner until I threatened to sue them or report to BBB. At that point, the owner said they would come by within a couple of days to assess and treat the yard and never showed up so I ended up reporting them. Terrible company. I got nothing but attitude from them and they clearly don't care about the quality of work they leave behind or customer satisfaction.

The work they did seems to be high quality, but the customer service was poor. There were two problems with their customer service: 1. The person helping to close our pool was very rude to my wife and to me. 2. They ended up needing to make two separate trips to our home to close the pool, which resulted in an extra $90 charge - something they never told me until they sent the bill. It sure would have been nice for them to tell me ahead of time instead of surprising me on the bill.pkmhugugcsjxcadkvdf;kzcbkdb, ljhmkhiuuhutucu[idgy y ftviubuiipm;iouelsdj klxgklbd

September 2019 Recreational Concepts installed a new liner. At that time Recreational Concepts were to remove light below diving board. Light hole was to be covered but a screw was left pushing on liner. They patched new liner and rubber cap and no compensation for shortened life expectancy of new liner, and is still a very noticable flaw. On March 2021 pool opening Recreational Concepts person notice a small leak in a pipe. On 4/1/2021He tried to repipe the piping and ended up with more leakes and breaking the top of my sand filter. By June 29, 2021 I still had leaky pipes and Recreational Concepts never returned to fix. I hired a new pool company that tore out what person from Recreational Concepts had done with piping. New company installed new pipes and fittings in less than 2 hours. Water is now circulating in pool much better and there are no leaks. Recreational Concepts still sent a bill for piping work that was never completed
