Was quoted an estimate of 350, Taylor came out and had the job done in less then 30 minutes and only charged me $187. I’d highly recommend them, very affordable, very knowledgeable, and very professional!

We needed a new toilet installed and I stopped at the office the girl said I would get a call for the quote. Got a call soon after. They would order it came a few days later to install it. Very quick and professional. Would definitely recommend R&R Plumbing.

Water heater died over the weekend. Called early Monday, they were here by Noon and had it fixed by 3PM. They did have to go back and get a water heater for me but that was expected. Could not say how appreciative I was to get hot water again so quickly.

Very personable person. But they came out twice and didn't fix my toilet. They charged me a lot of money for not fixing my toilet either time. I will not be calling for their service again or recommending them to anyone. Unsatisfied with the results.

Bret did a great job. Was at my house in 30 minutes after I called him to repair broken lines in my crawl spot. Highly recommend Bret for any plumbing job.

Wonderful experience with a bad situation at my house. Older toilet upstairs cracked and I had water running down the walls. Bret came out asap on a Saturday and squared it all away before my company came that very day. Highly-qualified and would recommend to anyone in the Oshkosh or surrounding area!

Bret Delfosse has been our plumber for over 5 years. Initially, he efficiently and promptly completed all the plumbing related to an extensive condo renovation which included a wall-mounted toilet. About a year ago he installed a wall-hung, on-demand NAVIEN tankless water heater to replace an old-fashioned warm water storage tank. This freed up much needed floor space in our utility closet and we like its eco-friendliness. However, this upgrade wasn't able to solve that it always took a long time to get warm water in the kitchen (as my kitchen happens to be far removed from the utility closet.) This fall, after having experienced the near-instant warm water from under-cabinet water boilers in my siblings' homes in Europe, I called Bret for advice. He advised these electric boiler units take up considerable cabinet space, are pricey to buy and to install, and inefficient to operate. He explained that our tankless water heater already has a built-in circulation pump and that by installing a small sensor under my kitchen sink, he could create a demand recirculating system. Now, every 30 minutes, the on-demand water heater turns on, and the cooled water that's been sitting in the hot water line gets pushed it into the cold water line until the sensor indicates there's hot water right underneath the kitchen sink. Yay! No more turning on the hot water faucet and letting the water run (for what seemed like forever) until it gets warm, and the cooled down water is used as "cold water" when I open the cold water faucet. I like that I am saving water and even more so the benefit and convenience of instant warm water in the kitchen. Thanks Bret, for this great advice.

Bret is always so helpful. From my kitchen and bathroom remodels, water heater installation and sump pump installation....Bret has been helpful with selections of products, installation and appropriate care of those products. Often companies sell you a product and that's it. Bret's company not only provides excellent service but once your a customer you can be assured you will be an appreciated customer for years to come. Thanks Bret for all your wonderful service.

Bret did a great job troubleshooting our water heater along with fixing a few other plumbing issues at our house. Highly recommend them.

They did great work at my place, with a pipe that burst.
However, during that time there was an insurance claim at my place due to the damage that water caused and as far as I knew, the bill was included in that insurance claim.
Come 2 years later, I never had gotten an original bill, then get a past due of ~$1700 and I made some payments towards it, which according to that past due, I exceeded the original bill by a couple hundred and just have had other much more important bills (business expenses and child support) to where I can't make payments, but as far as I'm concerned, I paid in full, and with being sued, he'll find out that he's in the wrong.
No original bill and only a past due bill, that's easily something he can be sued for himself despite the fact he's currently suing me.
For you to make it better, stop with the lawsuit as I will counter sue because of your lack of giving an original bill and only communicating with my ex wife on everything instead of me. -
You'll be hard pressed to find such great plumbers in the area. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.
Devin is a true asset to the plumbing trade, not only is he meticulous, but he has a rare ability to troubleshoot and conquer any issue he is faced with.
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Remember the old saying "If you think a good plumber is expensive, pay for a bad one.” I firmly stand behind my recommendation of Rasmussen Plumbing and wouldn't call anyone else to work in my home -
I couldn't be happier with the plumbing service we received! Bret was not only extremely friendly but also incredibly efficient and skilled. He seamlessly installed our new dishwasher and expertly changed out our bathroom sink. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Definitely a go-to plumber for anyone!"

Keegan is fantastic! Fast response, quality work, and very professional throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find dependable people these days, and they exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Keegan installed a reverse osmosis system for us, hooked up from our basement to kitchen. The work was clean, efficient, and fair pricing. Will hire again.

Keegan installed our reverse osmosis system in our home. Did a great job and very professional. Loved it and used it so much we had him come back and put in a 2nd tank.

We needed a water heater replaced at a commercial business property. Keegan was prompt to respond to our service request. He replaced the water heater quickly and after an hour we had hot water. Professional, clean and quality work. I would recommend Wilber and Sons Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber; we will be using them for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks Keegan!

Does the work of 3 mortal plumbers in half the time. Best in town.
-
Emergency on the weekend but only wants to deal with former customers on weekends and not new customers. Only wants to deal with new customers on weekdays. This is very unprofessional especially if you have an emergency and nothing else is open. I don't recommend this place if you have something that needs to be taken care of right away. They are not willing to help unless you are an existing customer.

We had a emergency plumbing situation over the weekend and they promptly answered our call, walked us through how to manage it until they arrived and quickly got us in. Robin was extremely friendly, quick and helpful completely resolving our situation.
