We had an emergency call on the weekend, and they promptly answered and had someone over right away with a new sump pump. We also used them a couple of years ago when our water heater went out and we received the same excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Abel plumbing was contracted out by our home builder. My husband had found numerous mistakes that Abel plumbing was doing during the course of the building process. Currently having to fix problems that Abel plumbing did with another local plumber. Called Abel plumbing to make them aware of problems, did not have the courtesy to return my phone call to talk about the problems. Instead the secretary called me back asking me what the other plumbers said because they were not aware of the code changes. I expect professionals to have professionalism and keep up to date on their expertise; I'm expected to at my job. Not impressed with Abel and we have contacted the BBB regarding the experience we have encountered.

In response to Abel Plumbing LLC initial review response to review. There is no blame cast toward Abel Plumbing for the mound system. The discharge from the water softener did not help the saturation of the mound. Which was not only from our water usage. Related to our septic tanks and mound system being placed when it was to wet, not correct machines. It caused our holding tanks to be under water almost constantly. This in turn caused our mound to be saturated. In our opinion when the homeowner catches things in a home build from a licensed plumber that has to be fixed prior to passing inspection, that is a problem. For example not limited to, 1.) all exterior downspouts were angled upward. This means in the winter the lines would freeze and have blown. 2.) Our spare bathroom cast iron tub was not secured properly, this had to be addressed 3 different times before it was adequate for placement of tile. 3.) Kitchen pot filler brass fitting was applied to tightly and cracked, with in one year of placement, needed to open drywall and fixed by Abel Plumbing. 4.) Now pot filler started to leak again and now a different plumber will be needing to go back into dry wall and fix what Abel Plumbing already did and fixed. In our opinion we would not recommend Abel Plumbing for any plumbing needs or concerns.

I am glad we chose Abel Plumbing for our install work. They were great. They were on time and showed up when they said they would. Their work was quality and their plumbers were easy to work with. Also their prices ewere reasonable. We chose what I consider the best in a competitive field.

Twice now, we've had Mitch from Able Plumbing come out and fix problems created by a different plumber. He was fast and effective at diagnosing the problems, and fixed them just as quickly and efficiently. Super nice guy! We're very grateful for the quick response from Abel Plumbing!

They came out to our house in a timely manner to fix a clogged sewer drain. He gave us options on what would need to be done and an accurate assessment of any costs. He was able to fix the problem in less than a half an hour. I would highly suggest them for any plumbing issues.

Good workmanship. I haven't needed the services of a plumber in years, but to me, it seemed a bit expensive. I was charged $110 per hour plus cost of P-trap and various other piping. I thought I only needed to have the kitchen sink drain unclogged, but it turned into a more extensive issue, I guess, because all the piping under the sink was replaced. All in all I was charged just short of $300 for the job. I'm not complaining by any means, cuz the job was well done, but I think I paid a little too much for the work that was done.

Zentner Plumbing has been taking care of our plumbing needs including a very large remodel since 2009. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we call them and they take care of it as soon as they possibly can. Very good people.

Tony recommended a tankless water heater when he abandoned my well and hooked into city water ( a major job) best move I ever made! With 2 kids and laundry and dishes... We NEVER Tim out of hot water. 2 showers and a dishwasher can run at the same time!

Whether a water heater replacement, a sump pump replacement, a new sink, new dishwasher or a toilet repair Kurt Zentner & Sons has always been prepared, professional and efficient in the work performed. We have developed a lot of confidence they can and will do a good job with our residential needs.

We had a major job (for us) that require both hvac and plumbing work. Tony showed up promptly and gave us an estimate quickly. The work was done efficiently and quite well. Dalton, Dave, and Ben were all very conscientious about their work and keeping things clean. The job was done as promised and in a very timely manner. I would recommend Kurt Zentner & Sons to anyone that needs pluming, and or heating/AC work.

Round 2 had Zentner back this summer to redo showers in 2 bathrooms. One was a tub to shower stall conversion, excellent work again. The other was in the master bathroom that turned out to be a complete overhaul of the bathroom. We had a useless linen closet that was behind the toilet. The Zentner crew hit it out of the park on this one. My wife told Tony she didn't want to pick out fixtures or flooring. This was a hands off project for us, and we could not be happier. Thanks guys, we have more projects for you.

Didn’t use their services but one of their employees offered to pay for my oil change just for being a nice human. Always great to know there are good people in the world still
