They arrived took pictures never returned to find out my contract was closed no repairs done they jacked me for $75 dollars home shield waiting to hear from them to inform them they were not done. Stay away from this company they don't deserve to carry the name plummer.

I had a great experience getting a plumber to come out one day after I had called to set up an appointment to help with setting up a new dishwasher and refrigerator that needed to be hooked up to our copper water supply lines.

They did a wonderful job with our bathroom and laundry remodel! So patient with us during the process. They were clean with all projects they did and were so helpful! Price was great!

I've worked with the Plymouth plumbing and heating many times over the last decade. They are always prompt, efficient, and friendly. Always giving me great advice.

No showed for an 8:15 a.m. appointment - when I called to find out where they were, I was told they had an emergency and wouldn't be at our house until after noon or the next morning. No courtesy to even call me to ask to reschedule (which I would've done.) But since I had to call twice to even get someone out to our house to give us the estimate in first place - I'll find someone else that understands my time is valuable too. Horrible customer service.

I needed a water heater because mine had failed. They were able to accommodate me the day I called and the installation was very clean and well done. Great service!!

Plumber was not the nicest! Called and got a quote of $100-$120 ...to install a simple water line to my fridge, the plumber was here for 35 minutes, bill came in the mail of $139.00. Never use again!!!

We had a disaster in our house - the sewage pipe in the basement had cracked and waste backup was causing major leakage from overflowing toilet and shower. One call to PP&H brought Jamie out to investigate. He analyzed the situation, took pictures, even checked the septic tank. The next day, he was back out at the house with Dylan and together, from 7:15 to 3, they transformed a miserable situation into a good one...AND endured some pretty revolting work conditions in the process. They did a fantastic job quickly and thoroughly and without a single moan or groan. THANK YOU!!!

My sump pump broke before a major rain storm coming on a weekend....they were great! ….they responded on a Saturday...explained the situation and options on site...and they installed a new sump pump immediately...I strongly recommend them!!! ... I will definitely use them again!!!....as they were very responsive, professional and very effective in getting the job done in an emergency situation!
