Harbor City was able to respond way quicker than expected/requested. When we called, I wasn't expecting or needing same-day service, but they were able to come out and take care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Also provided things to looks out for and self corrective measures that we can take to address similar issues in the future.

Professional, trust worthy and high quality work at a great price! I needed a plumbing repair and was out of town. Doug from Harbor City Plumbing communicated with me via phone (voice and text) to get the job done correctly. With my permission, they agreed to come into the house and complete the work, which was done well and quickly. The office staff was quick with communication as well. I called for the service on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday. I highly recommend this company!

Basement floor drain was backing up BAD from roots in our drain system. Harbor City Plumbing fit us into their schedule same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They gave some great advice, cleaned up the mess and the price was very reasonable. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and it made me confident in the work they were doing. We have used other companies in the past, but we will stick with Harbor City Plumbing for future needs and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Harbor City Plumbing is the BEST plumbing service I have EVER used. Every single person on their team is exceptional. I called after hours on the holiday weekend and I got a call within 5 minutes and they were ready to solve my problem. Of couse it was an emergency call with additional charges, but it was worth every penny. The problem was solved swiftly. I realized that my 19 year old water heater was leaking water all over the basement floor at 12:30 pm today and Zach was here by 2:00 pm. He was here about an hour and replaced the water heater along with some old pipes. I am very pleased with how quickly Harbor City was able to get someone to my house and have the problem solved. Definitely recommend and I am sure I will use them again one day (hopefully not too soon)!

Called Harbor City Plumbing the morning after my water heater went out. They were patient with my questions and walked me through all of my options for replacement. Their recommendation was not the most expensive choice but it was the best fit for my house. Being a single mom who knows absolutely nothing about this stuff, I very much appreciated that honesty. Then, they were able to do the install within hours of my call. Of the 3 companies that I contaced they were also the most affordable. I truly can't say enough good things about my experience with Harbor City! I will be a customer for life.

This was my first experience with Harbor City Plumbing and I was very impressed! Spoke with Jordan on a late Monday afternoon regarding a pressure problem on a faucet. I was thinking if they could come out within a week that would be respectable, not an emergency by any means. Jordan said I will have Sam stop by at 7:30 the next morning to look at your issue. Sam arrived right on time, introduced himself, was very courteous and professional and had my issue resolved in a timely manner. Should any further problems arise in the future, Harbor City Plumbing will certainly be getting my business!!

Harbor City Plumbing is consistently a reliable, quick response, expert plumbing company. We have used them many times over several years and everyone from Brianna who schedules, to the plumbers, (Doug this last time), are always responsive, courteous and fix it quickly. I would absolutely recommend Harbor City!

Three separate issues we tried to take care of on our own recently were handled by Harbor City. Three different guys, three different situations, each were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Each time we called we received a response quickly and they came to our house within a day to fix what we did, priced very reasonable. We'll definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I called at 7:00 am after our sump pump pipes cracked and were leaking water after a major storm. Someone was over by 7:30am that same day and replaced the pipes and pump within about an hour. Very professional and prompt service and fair price from what i researched!

Harbor City setup my sink, faucet, and dishwasher connections after my new countertops were installed. Doug was prompt, courteous, and completed the job efficiently. I really appreciate how clean the work was performed as well.

When he finished, he cleaned up and explained to me what he had done. He was professional & personable. Zach came to replace my old cast iron with this fresh PVC, and also gave me advice for service in the future that may be needed. He didn’t pressure me into making a decision on the spot, just let me know that I may want to have it done in the future to prevent things from getting worse. The guys were in and out within 2 hours and they did a stellar job! Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!!

They are amazing, I highly recommend using Harbor City! I had an emergency situation with pipes shooting out water and I called several places and no one could come out. They came out immediately. The lady I initially spoke with over the phone was so nice and understanding and knew it was very urgent. She immediately made the call and a tech was on the way! The tech was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do! They will be my go to from now on!
