Excellent service and very professional. The plumber arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Pricing was fair and everything was cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend!

Can't say enough... SIMPLY AMAZING! So we had a flight to catch and our basement decided to flood... Called Harbor City... Harbor City REARRANGED their calendar so we wouldn't miss our flight!!!!! Had another excellent interaction with Harbor City Plumbing...moved here 6years ago and called them with an emergency (6am!). They were out and fixing the problem within an hour...that was how our trust in them began. Remodels and other 'issues' in the past years have brought them to our home, and we especially like when Zach is the one they send! So knowledgeable, with integrity and earnestness. We worked with Sam from Harbor City Plumbing to upgrade from a single vanity to a double vanity. Sam did a superb job with both the plumbing as well as faucet installs.

Brianna was great to work with and kept us in the loop on scheduling options and getting us an estimate.

Their service technician was prompt and very thorough. He explained every step he was doing and was very knowledgeable about what the problems were. After finding where the leaks were coming from he quickly repaired the problem areas and went the extra mile to make sure there wasn’t any permanent damage to the
subfloor, as the leaks had been there awhile before we detected them.

I've had Harbor City Plumbing to my house on (3) occasions. Not only where they accommodating to my schedule, but were able to turn service around within a day. I've had my water heater replaced, front/back water spickets replaced and a replaced water line to our fridge that burst. Their service technicians(Doug and Sam) were extremely polite, professional and punctual. They assessed the issue at hand, provided honest feedback prior to making any repairs and executed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. This is a trustworthy company and I would highly recommend them to anyone with any plumbing needs.

We had an issue with our toilet after my husband fell hard against it. The toilet moved slightly, the hinge on the seat broke and a leak developed from the supply pipe to the wall. But it turns out that pipe was slightly corroded as well. Doug did a fabulous job explaining everything to us and gave us options for repairs. He worked expertly to get everything in working order again. We have used Harbor City Plumbing on several occasions and have always been pleased with their work, their professionalism, their honesty, and willingness to meet our needs.
