Great job, Dan Rockhill! Returned home from out of town hunting to find furnace not working. Called Rock Solid and had motor replaced and heat working great before the rest of the family got home! Blessed to have such great service so quickly! I hope Dan got a good deer the next day when he was able to hunt as a reward for his great service!

Came out in a very timely matter!! Explained things thoroughly. He fixed some bare wires outside to my central air unit that might have been hit by the weed whacker. Saved me having to call them out there again. Put my existing air filter in for me. I thought my bill was very reasonable also. Definitely will recommend them. They will for sure get all of my business from now on!

This is the second time I have needed their services when I was in a jam and rock solid was there right away for me. Professional, caring ,and very knowledgeable. So impressed and thankful!! I hope I never need you again but if I do, you will be who I turn to.

I have a difficult time putting trust in a business to service my equipment. These guys made me feel comfortable as they assisted me with the decision making of purchasing a new furnace when the time came as well as the installation. They have also given me great service with our AC unit as well as answering all my questions along the way!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish; HIGHLY RECOMMEND. What was a stressful situation was resolved quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. From the initial phone call with Rock (after hours) to the service tech day of -Ethan Brown, every team member was kind and helpful. Will not go anywhere else for any future repair needs and you shouldn't either.

Top notch from top to bottom. Called as we had realized our AC had gone out. We have an 18 year old house so our HVAC equipment is getting to the point of needing replacement. They replaced our furnace in an efficient manner in 2018 after they discovered a cracked heat exchanger.

Fast forward to the AC issue. AC stopped working and we have a 1.5 month old and a couple days of 90+ degree heat. Called Rock Solid as soon as we noticed the AC stopped working in the afternoon. Beth in the office was great. Called her and gave me the option to authorize overtime if they couldn’t get someone out by 5pm or schedule for early AM the next day. Scheduled for AM the next day. Beth called back within 5 minutes and said she had a tech leaving a close area and can get him over to us without charging OT. Awesome!

Tech came out, described issue, was prompt and efficient and believes I can get another 2+ years out of my current AC instead of $3500 for a new unit. Easily could have up sold me a new expensive unit but instead saved me money, extended the life of our current equipment, and also showed me what had gone wrong and ways to prevent it in the future. I’m all for companies that give you honest opinions/solutions instead of simply selling you the more expensive option. Highly recommend Rock Solid for any HVAC needs as they have been a pleasure to work with top to bottom.

We couldn’t communicate with our thermostat through our phone. Was able to use the thermostat after a couple of calls to Rock Solid. Within 24 hours someone was here to fix the problem and we were back on line. The personnel at Rock Solid were responsive, professional, courteous , prompt and understanding. Wonderful company!!!

Rock came over to do a quote for us, he is awesome. Have not decided which way we will go yet with HVAC install, but this has nothing to do with the experience with Rock Solid so far. I decided to leave a review, just based on Rock's level of professionalism and obvious passion for running a great business.

Highly Recommend!! Steve was our technician and he was the guy that did the quote, too. So no weird “salesman” stuff happening. Both Steve and his helper James (?) were great! Very respectful and nice. Steve explained everything to me and was very thorough and answered all my questions. They exceeded my expectations! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Our AC stopped working when it was 100 degrees out. I called the Rock Solid and Rock came out within a few hours to see what was going on! With it being so hot, I'm sure they are terribly busy but the responsiveness was incredible! He is very knowledgeable, professional,reasonably pricedand it took him only an hour to fix the issue!! He took the time to explain things to me on what to look out for next time. I highly recommend Rock Solid for your heating and cooling needs! 10 out of 5 stars!!

My moms central air was leaking water all over her basement. We called Rock Solid on the hottest day of the year. And were able to come the same day. They came over to the house 2 hours earlier then they said. Super professional, and kind. Checked everything and fixed the leak. They deserve more than 5 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. And will recommend Rock Solid to everyone I know!!

We have already been very happy with prompt service from Dan last year and again earlier this week when our older furnace went out. He confirmed what we suspected, that our 30yr old furnace needed to be replaced, but he was able to have it running, gave us a good quote for a high efficiency unit and today Steve Duane spent the whole day dismantling the old one, removing it and installing one we're already very happy with. Both men gave good explanations, answered all questions well and we would highly recommend Rock Solid Heating!!

We had Rock come out to do an estimate. He was available quickly and very reasonable. He also provided several options for us to choose from. Rion and Ty came to do the work and did a great job. They were polite, professional and friendly. The work was done well and they went above and beyond doing several little things that made it an even better job!! Contacted for furnace and A/C check and clean. Scheduling was easy, we got a text reminder, a call & text with photo before arrival, they showed up on time, service was quick and professional, pricing was extremely reasonable, and we received a receipt that included photos and a recap of the work completed. We wouldn't hesitate to call again!

Our technician was Chad, he was awesome! My grandmothers heat went out I called Rock Solid on a Saturday and an hour later Chad was there and about 30 minutes later he had the part replaced and the heat going! Wonderful company will use again!
