I was happy with my experience with having my furnace checked. He called while on his way and spent a few minutes telling me what he did in the furnace.

Best improvement done on this home in 20 yrs!
Please don't berate the technician on this visit, as I had many questions answered! Very professional ! 👍 Complete HVAC replacements, 3 yrs ago. New Central air had to be relocated, as previous owners built patio connected to garage around it!! Upgaded Coleman furnace just fit the compartment. New exhaust and flashing on roof. TOTAL approximately 4 hrs work with 4 technicians!!! Best work I've received, ever!
Total cost around $12,000.00. NO issues in 3 yrs.

Came right on time. Polite and tidy and affordable. Summed up the condition of my furnace and gave me a good deal on AC maintenance as well.

So fast and effective!! Woke up at 6 to see my heat was not working while it was -3. By 9, Drew had it up and running good as new.

Dave and Jake did an outstanding job today! On time, incredibly knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Had multiple issues with my boiler system, and they solved every single one within 2.5 hours! Performed flawless install of my new smart thermostat system including running extra wires, rewired my HVAC system, purged air from my dual zone boiler lines, and performed operational check and service of both Boiler and AC. The best part was that they let me ask questions at any time without any hassle, and gave me well educated answers every time!

Price was more than fair! I was impressed by cleanliness, knowledge, and professional appearance. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends in the area!

About two weeks ago our AC gave out and my husband and I were freaking out! Being 20 and recently married and new home owner throws you into a whirpool of quests you would have never imagined! I called Heating and Cooling along with other providers and Heating and Cooling beat them out of the park! From the initial consult, I felt in good hands. The guy came out and told us exactly what we needed, no gimmicks or upselling us on anything. I was then in contact with GEORGIA, which was an amazing experience working and talking with her! She answered all of the questions that I had and even made sure we were provided portable AC’s while we waiting for our install date. Her hospitality and friendliness took my experience to another level. BEN & ALEX came today to install and once again were friendly, informative and walked us through the process, were in at 8 and out by around 10. Fast, quiet, and most importantly clean. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company, even their financing options are amazing. Truly blessed that our paths crossed, thank you again Georgia, Ben, and Alex. I hope your company knows how lucky they are to have such compassionate people representing their name!

Bi-yearly check up. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. She also had a friendly personality. She did a thorough job and explained the results to me. We will have them back next year.

Furnace went out in the middle of the night. Ricky came over and diagnosed the issue of a faulty inducer motor ($375). J&E luckily had the part - Ricky came back & replaced it. Grateful for this service!

Communication is always great setting up my check ups. Being on a schedule provides me the comfort that I don't have to remember to call to schedule winter/summer check up's. They contact me. Pay an annual fee and it's done!

We have had them come on a yearly basis for both our Air conditioning and our furnace. We have such wonderful people come to check in with us. They are kind, helpful and are very good at finding things to fix or improve. Our air conditioner has been running like new since we bought it some years ago. I believe Itbis five years old. Great company.

Heating&Cooling Solutions LLC Has always been very nice to me over the years. When I call to set up an appointment the staff is always nice and easy to talk to the Technical Drew was very nice and friendly also he was very Professional and knowledgeable about the work he was doing, I would definitely Recommending them for youre Heating and Cooling Problems.

Highly recommend HCS. Todd, the owner, is an honest person and stays on top of things. Their techs are always polite and knowledgeable. Have been using them for many years now after going through several other HVAC companies. They are superior.

Heating and Cooling are outstanding when coming to service, price and reliability. They make you feel like family. Coming out at all hours or Holidays. The personalized service is extraordinary. They work with you to get what you need. The spring/winter maintenance service keeps our Lennox running for years.

A few weeks ago our furnace started throwing codes 33 then 13. They sent Cal out the next morning and he got us back to having a warm home again. Cal was a great technician and explained things very well. I will definitely use them again for any future issues or replacement.

I had a furnace emergency as I was leaving town for a week, and Heating and Cooling Solutions was able to come out and fix the problem within a couple of hours. Jake was prompt and efficient, and great to work with. Highly recommend!
