We used Couillard Electric and were very happy with the results. Corey was easy to work with, explained things well, and showed a commitment to safety. I really appreciated his transparency. Not only that, we have a great ceiling fan that works now! Will definitely use this company again.

I did try the number you said below and left multiple messages with all information that you requested in you voice mail over 2 weeks.i was given your company name and number from my Home warranty. They even tried calling as well.

We used Couillard Electric for several projects at our house. We were very pleased with the service and work provided by Tony and Kevin. We had a ceiling fan switch repaired, a chandelier carefully removed in another room and replaced by a ceiling fan, old fluorescent basement lights replaced by a series of can lights, and a number of outlets replaced. In addition, an old outdoor light hanging from our garage was replaced by a dusk-to-dawn LED light, and we had two outdoor porch ights replaced as well. Almost all of this work was accomplished in a day. Yes, I understand from Dennis, the owner, that they are well booked, but I take that as a good sign, meaning they are in demand and worth the wait. The crew working was very professional, friendly, conscious of noise and debris, and cleaned up after the job. Tony offered very good suggestions for our lighting concerns and we were happy to have them serviced accordingly. Would recommend them for future projects.

The outlet for our dishwasher stopped working in the middle of the cycle. We called them and they came the next day first thing. It turned out the previous electrician did not wire the outlet correctly and the outlet shorted out. Couillard properly wired the outlet making sure everything was grounded correctly. He also told us our electrical box in the basement was labeled wrong. Thank you for coming so quickly and resolving our problem so efficiently. Would highly recommend this company.

They were on time. Tony did a great job. He did the work quickly. Cleaned everything up when he was done and they were very reasonably priced. They are going to come back to install new outlets, ceiling fans, and flood lights in my backyard. I can't say enough good things about them.

Corey was extremely thorough, fixing our electrical problems! He explained everything throughly and was patient with all my questions. He went above and beyond, also helped us identify some things we will need fixed in the future. When the time comes we will definitely be requesting Corey for our electrical projects.

I had another electrician come out and he kept telling me that it was the appliance that I ordered. So I requested that they send me a new appliance and that one didn't work either so I had Couillard come out and give me a second opinion. The technician was here for 6 minutes and figured out it was the switch. He immediately repaired the wire and now my dryer is working perfectly. I am very pleased with their service and I am so Grateful that they came out and fixed the problem!!!!

Couillard electric is a great local company to work with if anyone’s looking to get any electrical work done. The owner of the company is a perfect gentleman and very responsive. He took care of our project so very well. Tony, the technician, called us ahead of time and made sure the work is done to our satisfaction. Cory quickly helped with the electrical issue and checked in about any other concerns with the electrical in my house. He was efficient, thorough and helped me to understand how things were set up.

I called about repair to our service mast that had become damaged due to an electrical pole in our backyard suddenly collapsing and snapping in half. Couillard were friendly and professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation and will be using them as our go to electricians for any future projects and/or repairs.

Communication is bad.

Update - Time was well before Christmas, and you still had time after to call before the new years. The call was never made until this bad communication review was posted. The insurance office stated that the paperwork had to be sent by you to me. Still never received it. I will never use you and will ensure everyone I know will never use you. Even the conversation on the phone of connecting non code old wiring being ok was enough to tell me not to use your company
