Went through insurance to get my outlets fixed. Ultimately my insurance denied it, but I was still provided a lot of information and my entire house's electrical system was given a look over. I will likely be contacting them to just replace my outlets out of my own pocket. Great experience.

Service was scheduled through a warranty plan. The tech called that they were on their way, but arrived earlier than communicated and left without calling or texting. The office was not reachable and when they finally called back more than a day later, was rude and condescending. I can't speak much to their actual work, as the one thing they did "fix" immediately stopped working that same day.

Corey was on time and called when he was 15 minutes away. It was a pleasure talking to Corey. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Repaired faulty light switches and ceiling fan. Excellent job done and excellent customer service experience provided. I highly recommend Couillard Electric for all your electrical needs.

Had an issue with no power to my flood light and kitchen ceiling fan. Electrician arrived onsite and did an excellent job restoring power. Along with making some recommendations, he was knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician. These guys showed up 1.5hrs earlier than the time window given of 9:30-10:30. The contractor called me at 7:30am on an unknown number ID saying he’d be there in 20 min. Left no call back number.

I called the company left a message because no one answered. They knew I couldn’t be there till 9am . Then I get a call from a random number (not the company number I called), I don’t answer random numbers. It ended up being them , left a VM saying he’s leaving in 4 min, they book out 3 weeks. This is at 8:30am . 1hr before the window even starts. This was an American home shield contractor on a claim I made. They knew the circumstances hence the window time frame.

I have kids I take to date care in the morning. I physically could not get there till 9am.

AHS says if I don’t use them , and cancel the claim, I lose $100 and will have to pay another $100 to
Make another claim. Such garbage. See my service window screen shot on the photos, as I’m texting this complaint. It’s 8:41am. Still not in their given service window yet.

Never again. These guys are rude too.

I called for electrical services and was scheduled in no time. Tony called and said he was about 10 mins away and arrived right on time. He updated me on everything that needed repaired and took care of it. Even went to the hardware store to grab the ceiling fans that went out. I have never had a company come out and get things taken care of the same day. He also made sure I was satisfied with the purchases and work. We were very happy with the service provided by Couillard Electric. Dennis was able to schedule appointment around our schedule. Tony notified us 45 minutes before arrival. Listened to the issue we were having. He took his time checking everything out. Found the source, fixed it and was on the way.

Couillard Eclectic has to be one of the easiest companies I've worked with in a long time. They made scheduling easy and showed up to time and with a heads-up.

They came to my property to give me a quote on the outlets I wanted. They walked me through the whole process of what would have to be done so I could understand what exactly was happening. They came back in about a week got the work done fast and cleaned up after themselves well.
