We had our sod laid on a new construction home back in 2021- we have had problems ever since! The guys came and did their grading and laid top soil and it started to downpour while they were here. They left and came back the same day and laid the sod right on top of all the divots created from the rain and workers walking on the soaked soil. Our turf is uneven (poor grading) especially on the perimeter of the yard that meets the neighbors on both sides. And there are still divots everywhere! The grass is not thriving! I have done landscaping in our yard in steps. This is the third year in a row the landscapers have commented on how the grading is bad, and the sod was basically laid on hard, rock filled construction soil. Our grass is brown and we have spots die out all the time. There is nowhere for the roots to grow!! We have had to re-do some really bad sections but how do you add the proper under footing for the grass without re-doing all of it to keep things level! And yes, we have irrigation- watering the grass is not the problem!
Thank you for the wonderful job you did on our church and school grounds to clean up the beds, trim the shrubs, prune plants and put down many yards of mulch. The staff was efficient, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we look great! The parishioners were very happy with the outcome!
