My furnace was running, but not blowing heat. I called & Brian was at my house within an hour. He had the part needed & my heat was fixed within 45 min! Diedrick Heating & Cooling very professional & kind.

Diedricks installed our new furnace and we are completely satisfied with not only the quality of their products but their fast and friendly customer service. They now offer (and we subscribe to) their annual maintenance program payment system. No need to worry about a writing a check or dropping off a payment; they take care of it automatically in monthly installments throughout the year so there isn’t any worry. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Brian and his team of technicians and installers always do an excellent job. I always feel comfortable with them coming to my home to work on my heater and air conditioner. They have been very flexible when I had some projects going and I needed them to come out to disconnect/reconnect equipment and needed advice. I have been a happy customer of theirs since I bought my house at the end of 2019!

We called them, because the temperature in the house got down to 50 degrees. Well, the furnace quit. The gentleman came out. Got the furnace going. He was honest and told me he really couldn't tell me why it quit. If it happens again give us a call. Well, it happened later that evening. My son came over and checked it out. He gave them a call. My son got it going. Well it wound up being the thermostat. Only one service charge for him coming out twice. And when I got the bill in the mail. Well, I was not expecting it to be such a reasonable price. My son was happy with it too. He knows who to call if needed. I think it was a job well done! Thank you So Much!

Through a different company, I was quoted over $1200 for a part replacement on our furnace. Brian and Weston came out and were able to replace that part and another for almost half the price! Very honest and trustworthy people. I know who I’ll be sticking with for the future.

We had a great experience with Diedricks. They were incredibly trustworthy and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options without any pressure. The technicians were all very knowledgeable, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. On top of that, everyone we interacted with was friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and stressfree. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly values customer service and takes pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling services!

Randerson installed the ac unit on 9/21. It did not run till April of 2022, It did run all of 2022. It stopped, would not start on the first week of July of 2023. Randerson came to the site about July 11. Took off a panel on the ac unit and a wire had completely fallen off. Just fell off the connection. This thing ran a total of may be 6months. Of course the warranty against shoddy workmanship ran out sometime in the winter. So today I paid the bill for the 2 min repair job, but randerson heating and cooling will never see another job from me.
