Dan was great!!! He explained what work was going to be done, listened to my concerns and assured me that Frank and Caleb will do a good job. He also made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. The workers did do a good job and the bathroom looks as if it suffered no damage at all. Furthermore, thank you Dan and Frank for realizing the toilet was no longer functional and installing a new one. I definitely would recommend this company and keep up the good work.

We had Elcano repair and do a partial remodeling of our kitchen after we had water damage. They did a fantastic job! Everything turned out great. Mike Combs and all involved with the process really did great work. Not to be overlooked is how helpful they were working with the insurance adjustor and insurance company. Thank you!

I've worked with Tom at Elcano Construction on several projects and have referred him to several of my contacts. Elcano is one of the most organized general contractors I've worked with and the attention to detail is what sets them apart from most others. Tom very clearly has a strong passion for ensuring our customers' needs are met and he sets good expectations with the homeowner to ensure they have a clear idea of how long the project will take and what all of the steps are.

They have remodeled a kitchen for us (cabinets, countertops, flooring) they have done drywall repair and painting for us, built a new front porch and new siding, and have done basement renovation for us.

These are the first guys I would call for any home remodeling projects. They clean up, their guys are professional and courteous, and they communicate well throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!!

We had Mike come out and install a light fixture in our new house. He was very responsive and made sure that everything was secured properly. He was very prompt and kept everything clean, which is great especially because the fixture is above our kitchen island and cook top. I would definitely recommend hire them again!

The job started out well, but took a turn for the worse. After a tree fell on our deck and gazebo it needed to be replaced. We signed a contract with them and the work started. The workers they sent us told us they were thru a temp agency out of Milwaukee. You could tell by the work. It took them all summer to complete the project. The main worker they did have there told us we couldn't ask him any questions about the job, we had to go thru Mike instead. This was because the gazebo was made out of cedar, but they were trying to replace it with pine. I was told by their worker "Looks like cedar, smells like cedar, but were putting pine in." We scheduled a handful of meetings with Mike, but he came up with an excuse every time. They didn't follow the directions on how to put the composite decking together. I had to give their workers a book on how to install it. The spindles on the deck were cut wrong causing them to fall out and make a spear as well as the blocks that secure the bottom railings were installed wrong. I had a list of problems, but was told that the warranty would cover it. I also got the excuse of my general manager wants this job paid out. Long story short the deck boards are coming off, the lattice is falling off, and the gazebo sways in the wind and we are stuck with a 6K plus bill for getting it repaired by a different contractor. I would not suggest using this company. We had a very expensive and terrible experience.

We hired Elcano Construction and we couldn’t be more satisfied!
We’ve been renovating our historic home for years and over that period worked with several contractors. When the time came to remodel our master bath we wanted to find someone new. After meeting with Mike from Elcano we were impressed with their professionalism and warmed to the idea of going through the construction process and having workers in our home again.
They provided us with a detailed quote, a start date and an estimated time of completion. They started and completed the project on time and the quote only changed to accommodate our additions to the project.
One of our concerns was that the rooms around the work area might get damaged during the build out. They took great care to protect our home and keep it clean. They contained the construction area with plastic wall barriers, covered our floors to protect them, used hepa filters to control the dust and routinely cleaned the perimeter.
Everyone we meet during the process was friendly and respectful and the quality of the work was very high. Elcano Construction did everything they told us they would do in a timely, professional manner that minimized the impact of the construction on our daily lives. We can honestly say that our experience was a very positive one. We would absolutely use them again and we feel we can recommend them with confidence.

Elcano did some drywall and kitchen remodeling work for us this last Fall. They were detail oriented, informative, and professional. The installation and entire process was top notch and well exceeded our vision of what our home would look like at the end. I recommend them often to friends and family for remodeling and restoration work on a regular basis for jobs both large and small.

Elcano Electrical did a whole-house redevice, installed new junction boxes, and installed lights and fans. They also rerouted an exposed wire and put in an outlet for my sump pump. Brian and his partner (unfortunately, I forgot his name!) were affable, knowledgeable, polite, and worked quickly and professionally, yet took the time to answer any questions I had. Thanks also to Mike for coordinating the work! Elcano was reasonably priced and did a wonderful job for me!

They put a mini split system in our old. Two days and done. We now have AC we never thought we could have. They are the best. We live out in Kenosha county. Thank you.

we had wellcraft come put in outlets and lights in our basement, which didn't have any. not only were they super detail oriented, they did a great job! the work was done in a timely manner, and our basement can now be used! we will be contacting wellcraft for all our future electrical projects that we can't do ourselves!

I would not recommend this contractor. Work was performed prior to pulling permits. When permits were pulled, 6 weeks later, we then waited on inspection for over 6 weeks. Wellcraft continued to blame the city inspector instead of taking personal ownership to go down to the inspectors office to determine if there was an issue. Owner (Mark) became agressive, blaming me and the city and threating legal action to get payment, without the job passing inspection. I was told by Mark that additional work would be required to pass inspection and Wellcraft sent another invoice prior to doing the necessary work.

I took the action to work with the city to move this forward and handled the remaining work through another channel.

NOTE: Lesson learned, the contractor should know what they touch (directly and indirectly) is going to be subject to inspection and needs to be up to code.

Told me $100 to hook up spa. Came out only to leave 10 mins later because didn’t have wire. Which you would think you would have on truck being an electrician. Comes back the next day. Charges me 2 service calls. Get my bill charge almost $400. I get the cost of supply but never ever been charged for two service charges when one has to come back with parts. Tried calling and calling. To get a lame letter saying they charged an hour for travel and to reschedule.Bad business practice. Shocked you are still in business if this is how you treat your customers. Only used your company because you were referred by the company I purchased spa from.

Outstanding service!! Spoke with the owner, Mark, before the work was scheduled. After a bad experience with another electrician (from a different company), Mark assured me they could handle my repair issue and gave some great advice. Jason arrived a few days later - on time (and with a mask on, which we appreciated!!). He evaluated the issue, and had it repaired in no time! The work area was left clean, and from start to finish, Jason was kind, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

Well Craft did a great job for me. Mark came out and gave me an estimate to up grade my service. it was much lower the the other two estimate I got. His guys showed up a couple days later and got it done in one day. Everything was cleaned up inside and out. Best company in Racine.

Had some lightning issues after a storm. Wellcraft sent out an electrician and they were able to fix it that same day and were very reasonable price for a house call. Highly recommend them.
