Due to the rapidly melting snow and heavy rain here in Lodi this spring, my cottage on Lake Wisconsin was flooded. We needed someone to help us quickly salvage whatever we could before all the furnishings were ruined.
I called 1-800 Water Damage and got Lucian Adams to look at the situation. He was able to get me an estimate for the amount of time and and cost for the clean up.
His crew removed the damaged carpet, dry wall, and furniture. They brought in several industrial fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and an ozone generator to stop mold from spreading. Lucian had an infrared scanner and an instrument to tell when the walls were dry enough to remove his equipment.
Lucian was able to give me some advice on new flooring, landscaping, and carpentry repairs so that we can prevent any further damage to the cottage.
I am posting this review as a big THANKS for the great job they did.

We had a water line break in our finished basement 5 days before we were to close on the sale of our home. A neighbor suggested we call 1-800 Water Damage. He said they had done work for him and he was very satisfied. I called and Lucien, the owner, said he was nearby and could be at our home within an hour. He arrived promptly and began the mitigation process. We had been away so there was considerable damage. To make a long story short, they completed the mitigation and restoration of the finished basement including paint and dry wall, flooring, cabinetry and related plumbing and electrical items. They worked well with us, our insurance company and the buyer of our home. We were very pleased with the outcome. We would recommend Lucien Adams and 1-800 Water Damage of Greater Madison to anyone who finds themselves in need of mitigation and restoration services.
